<br/><br/><b>Job Description :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Create and maintain technical documents such as user guides, developer documentation, knowledge base articles, and engineering materials.<br/><br/>- Write training materials for clients, partners, and internal teams, including documents, videos, and distance learning content.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to gather and present technical information clearly.<br/><br/>- Define and implement documentation strategy, including planning, tools, templates, and release notes.<br/><br/>- Manage a small team of writers by assigning tasks, reviewing content, and ensuring quality and consistency.<br/><br/>- Take ownership of content creation for complex topics such as APIs, architectures, and technical workflows.<br/><br/>- Regularly update documentation to reflect product changes and ensure clarity and usability.<br/><br/><b>Requirements :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear and concise writing style.<br/><br/>- Ability to understand technical information and explain it in simple terms.<br/><br/>- Experience in creating technical documentation, training content, and instructional materials.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of developer tools, programming basics (e.g., Java, Python), SQL, and cloud technologies like Kubernetes and CI/CD.<br/><br/>- Experience using documentation tools such as help authoring software and version control.<br/><br/>- Ability to lead documentation projects and mentor other writers.<br/><br/>- 8+ years of technical writing or curriculum development experience (preferred).<br/><br/>- Comfortable working in an agile environment and handling multiple tasks.<br/><br/><b>Benefits :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Working at Modern</p><p><br/>- First and foremost, our value system is sacred to us HEAT : Humility, Empathy, Accountability and Transparency.
