Job description

<p><p>We are looking for an experienced ITSM Developer to join our growing ServiceNow team.

This is a remote opportunity where you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate will have 4+years of ServiceNow development experience, with strong expertise in the ITSM module, hands-on knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, and the ability to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations specific to ITSM.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure platform performance, reliability, and data integrity.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving ITSM-related issues.<br/><br/></p><p>- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and customizations.<br/><br/><p><b>Required Skills & Experience :</b></p><p><br/></p>- 4+years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with at least 3+ years in ITSM.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its development capabilities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Expertise in IT Service Management (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge modules).<br/><br/></p><p>- Good scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Glide API) and experience with REST/SOAP integrations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while collaborating with cross-functional teams.<br/><br/><b>Nice to Have :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to other ServiceNow modules (CSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.).<br/><br/></p><p>- ServiceNow certifications (Admin or ITSM-related).<br/><br/><b>Why Join Us ?</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Opportunity to work on challenging ServiceNow projects.<br/><br/></p><p>- 100% remote work flexibility.<br/><br/></p><p>- Competitive compensation & benefits.<br/><br/></p><p>- A collaborative environment that promotes growth and innovation.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
