<p>About the Role:<br/><br/>- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Client Partner to manage strategic client relationships and drive business growth.<br/><br/>- As a Client Partner, you will act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and expansion.<br/><br/>- You will work closely with delivery, sales, and product teams to ensure the seamless execution of client engagements while identifying new opportunities to deliver value.-<br/><br/>- This is a high-visibility, high-impact role suitable for individuals with a strong background in account management, consultative selling, and client relationship building within a [specify industry] environment.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:<br/><br/>- Own and manage strategic client relationships, acting as the trusted advisor and primary liaison between the client and internal teams.<br/><br/>- Understand the client's business, objectives, and challenges to proactively offer solutions and innovations.<br/><br/>- Drive client satisfaction, retention, and account growth through deep engagement and exceptional delivery.<br/><br/>- Identify, develop, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities, working closely with the sales and delivery teams.<br/><br/>- Lead regular business reviews and performance updates with clients, ensuring alignment and transparency.<br/><br/>- Partner with project management and delivery teams to ensure on-time, in-scope, and quality execution of client engagements.<br/><br/>- Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with client goals and business growth targets.<br/><br/>- Monitor key account metrics such as revenue, margins, customer satisfaction (CSAT/NPS), and delivery KPIs.<br/><br/>- Resolve client escalations quickly and effectively while maintaining strong, long-term relationships.<br/><br/>- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to identify areas for client growth and innovation.<br/><br/>Required Skills & Qualifications:<br/><br/>- 5 -7 years of experience in account management, client success, or consultative sales roles, preferably in [e.g, IT Services, SaaS, Digital Transformation, Consulting, etc.<br/><br/>- Proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts and delivering multi-million-dollar revenue.<br/><br/>- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into strategic opportunities.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.<br/><br/>- Experience with CRM tools (e.g, Salesforce, HubSpot) and reporting tools.<br/><br/>- Ability to lead cross-functional teams across delivery, sales, and product departments.<br/><br/>- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and performance.<br/><br/>- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus<br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
