<p><p>We are seeking an experienced and proactive Cloud Operations Manager to oversee and ensure the smooth delivery of cloud managed services projects.<br/><br/>This role focuses on operations and governance, fostering strong client relationships and ensuring seamless execution of technical deliverables.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator and leader, capable of managing complex projects, coordinating with clients and technical teams, and driving successful project outcomes.<br/><br/><b>Role</b> : Cloud Operations Manager.<br/><br/><b>Duration</b> : Full Time.<br/><br/><b>Location</b> : Remote Work.<br/><br/><b>Work Timings</b> : 4 : 00 PM to 1 : 00 AM IST.<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities</b> :<br/><br/>- Manage end-to-end operations for cloud-managed services projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to client expectations, and optimal project outcomes.<br/><br/>- Develop and implement robust governance frameworks for efficient project execution and adherence to cloud best practices.<br/><br/>- Monitor KPIs and SLAs to maintain operational excellence and continuously improve service quality.<br/><br/>- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, conducting regular status meetings, and managing expectations effectively.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless execution of project deliverables and resolve bottlenecks or risks promptly.<br/><br/>- Provide hands-on technical troubleshooting for cloud environments, addressing issues related to architecture, performance, and scalability to minimize downtime.<br/><br/>- Ensure adherence to cloud governance, security, and compliance standards, incorporating automation to streamline processes.<br/><br/>- Oversee cloud infrastructure setup, configuration, and maintenance using tools like Terraform to ensure scalability, automation, and efficiency.<br/><br/>- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment and delivery processes, ensuring smooth integration and operational flow.<br/><br/>- Identify areas for operational improvement, driving initiatives to enhance automation, scalability, and project outcomes.<br/><br/>- Assess and mitigate potential risks, troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges effectively.<br/><br/>- Coordinate between cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and support, to maintain alignment and seamless project delivery.<br/><br/>- Maintain proper documentation of processes, decisions, and project updates to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.<br/><br/>- Provide regular project status reports to clients and senior leadership, highlighting achievements, risks, and :<br/><br/>- Strong technical expertise in cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, and AWS, including cloud architecture, security, automation, and scalability.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, and proficiency in designing, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure.<br/><br/>- Proven experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and delivery.<br/><br/>- In-depth knowledge of cloud governance, compliance, and security standards, with a focus on automation for efficiency and reliability.<br/><br/>- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.<br/><br/>- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical issues to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.<br/><br/>- Proven experience managing cloud projects and ensuring timely delivery of all project deliverables.<br/><br/>- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, or Google Cloud Professional are highly desirable.<br/><br/>- Ability to identify opportunities for automation and operational improvements, driving initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
