<p><p><b>Key Account Manager</b><br/><br/><b>Job Summary:</b><br/><br/></p><p>We are looking for a proactive and strategic Key Account Manager to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our most important clients.<br/><br/></p><p>You will be responsible for understanding client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and driving revenue growth by managing key accounts effectively.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned key accounts to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.<br/><br/></p><p>- Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, understanding their business goals and challenges.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, customer service) to deliver </p><p>solutions aligned with client needs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services within key accounts.<br/><br/></p><p>- Prepare and deliver regular account reviews, business updates, and strategic plans.<br/><br/></p><p>- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client </p><p>satisfaction.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor account performance metrics and take proactive steps to resolve issues or concerns.<br/><br/></p><p>- Forecast sales and revenue for key accounts and report progress to senior management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide clients with relevant insights.<br/><br/></p><p>- Coordinate with finance and legal teams to ensure timely invoicing and contract compliance.<br/><br/><b>Required Qualifications:</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Bachelor's/master's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- 4-5+ years of experience in key account management, sales, or related roles.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven track record of managing and growing large accounts.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Ability to understand complex business needs and offer tailored solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency with CRM software (e., Salesforce, HubSpot).<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities</p><br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
