<p>Role Overview:<br/><br/>We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our customer base.<br/><br/> The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven sales experience, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:<br/><br/>- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.<br/><br/>- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and market penetration.<br/><br/>- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align sales strategies and optimize customer experience.<br/><br/>- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.<br/><br/>- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.<br/><br/>- Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and pipeline to maximize profitability.<br/><br/>- Train and develop sales representatives, providing coaching and performance feedback.<br/><br/>- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.<br/><br/>Required Skills & Qualifications:<br/><br/>- Bachelors /master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.<br/><br/>- Minimum 3 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.<br/><br/>- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.<br/><br/>- Strong leadership and team management skills.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.<br/><br/>- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.<br/><br/>- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.<br/><br/>- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively<br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
