This is a <b>strategic leadership role</b>, designed to enable transformation across the client's global tech organization.<br/><br/></p><p>You will function as an <b>Advisory SME</b>, working with multiple business divisions, guiding platform usage, and building a <b>Center of Excellence (CoE)</b> in India and the US.
The role demands deep technical acumen, cross-functional collaboration skills, and a people-first leadership approach.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Serve as the <b>Palantir Foundry SME and Strategic Advisor</b> for all client tech divisions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Architect scalable, modular, and secure data pipelines using <b>Foundry Pipeline Builder</b>, <b>PySpark</b>, and <b>TypeScript</b>.<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead the design of ontologies, AIP logic, and Slate-based applications for diverse use cases.<br/><br/></p><p>- Build and lead a <b>Center of Excellence (CoE)</b> in Hyderabad to support global delivery and talent development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide strategic direction on platform roadmap, use case implementation, and capability enablement.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate intelligent models and decision systems within Foundry workflows.<br/><br/></p><p>- Evangelize best practices across data governance, platform usage, performance optimization, and cross-team integration.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct workshops, knowledge sessions, and architecture reviews with global stakeholders.<br/><br/><b>Required Experience & Skills :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- <b>12+ years</b> of total experience in data engineering, architecture, or enterprise technology roles.<br/><br/></p><p>- <b>3+ years of experience with Palantir Foundry</b>, including Pipeline Builder, Ontology, AIP, and Slate.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong experience working with <b>PySpark</b> for distributed data processing and transformation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on proficiency in <b>TypeScript</b> for application development and scripting within Foundry or integrated tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong programming and scripting skills in <b>Python</b>, and experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile frameworks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven ability to architect and implement data models, semantic layers, and reusable modular components.<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of enterprise data governance, privacy, and security principles.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient data solutions.<br/><br/><b>Leadership & Soft Skills :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- <b>Approachable and People-Centric :</b> Builds relationships easily across diverse teams and geographies.<br/><br/></p><p>- <b>Strategic Thinker :</b> Brings a long-term vision to platform adoption and team development.<br/><br/></p><p>- <b>Creative Problem Solver :</b> Brings innovative, non-linear thinking to solve complex challenges.<br/><br/></p><p>- <b>Adaptable and Composed :</b> Thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- <b>Team Builder :</b> Passionate about mentoring, coaching, and building high-performance global teams.<br/><br/><b>Nice to Have :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in setting up or leading a Center of Excellence (CoE) or shared capability function.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with <b>Agentic AI</b> and intelligent workflow automation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to industry verticals such as Real Estate, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Public Sector.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working across global delivery models (IndiaUS collaboration).<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
