<p>What You'll Do :<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and define test scenarios and acceptance criteria for Salesforce applications and integrations.<br/><br/>- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce functionalities, including Service Cloud and integration points.<br/><br/>- Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance tests to ensure the quality and stability of Salesforce applications and integrations.<br/><br/>- Identify, document, and track software defects and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.<br/><br/>- Conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement preventive measures to avoid similar issues in the future.<br/><br/>- Work closely with analysts and stakeholders to validate and verify business processes and user workflows.<br/><br/>- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with the development team to design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts for regression and integration testing.<br/><br/>- Experience with test automation and Scripting Languages such as Shell, Python is preferred.<br/><br/>- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends to provide guidance and recommendations for process improvement.<br/><br/>- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information effectively and efficiently.<br/><br/>- Maintain a flexible and proactive work attitude to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully.<br/><br/>What You'll Bring:<br/><br/>- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).<br/><br/>- 5+ years of experience on Salesforce platform Quality Assurance testing including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and API integrations.<br/><br/>- Experience working in SaaS industry<br/><br/>- Detail-oriented and have an in-depth understanding of industry standards of Quality Assurance, version control (CICD) and testing standards<br/><br/>- Experience in CI and CD tools like Github, bitbucket, Jenkins, ANT and automation testing.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, development and customization.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications and integrations.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.<br/><br/>- Experience with ITIL/ITSM processes and SDLC best practices<br/><br/>- Prior experience with post-Sales business applications a plus (i.e. TalkDesk, Gainsight)<br/><br/>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas of improvement and potential risks.<br/><br/>- Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile development team and adapt to changing project requirements.<br/><br/>- Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) preferred.
