<p><p><b>Knowledge, Skills and Experience : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Bachelor's Degree.<br/><br/></p><p>- At least 4+ years of relevant working experiences.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Azure).<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge on OBLM product.<br/><br/></p><p>- Attentive to details, strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Able to work under pressure, excellent organizational skills and good team player.</p><br/><p><b>Dimensions : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- KPI No valid disc.<br/><br/></p><p>- Miss/ No Ops Loss TAT Adherence Ensure all KPIs are met.<br/><br/></p><p>- No miss out on valid discrepancies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Zero TAT misses.<br/><br/></p><p>- Control Adherence Control requirements Customer satisfaction and control effectiveness All controls specified to be met.<br/><br/></p><p>- All maintenance/test cases to be processed with accuracy and to meet the SLA.</p><br/><p><b>Key Result Areas : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- This position must ensure accurate and efficient understanding along with sound knowledge of Liquidity Management (Sweeping and Pooling).<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of OBLM application in terms of maintenance set-ups such as Onboarding, Account parameters, Frequency, Sweep types.<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform User Acceptance testing in OBLM application.<br/><br/></p><p>- Validation of migrated data from GTS Matrix to OBLM in production.<br/><br/></p><p>- Qlik report validation in UAT and production.<br/><br/></p><p>- Support postproduction requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Defect Retesting.<br/><br/></p><p>- While executing retesting, tester must ensure all aspects are being tested and not only the defect specific.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide training to production staffs.</p><br/><p><b>Operating Environment, Framework and Boundaries, Working Relationships : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Multi-discipline, multi-cultural work force involving financial processes across UAE & IBG region.<br/><br/></p><p>- Competitive environment, constant endeavor to maintain edge in the market, Quality of service is the key in this model, has to cater to different business segments (CIBG/IBG) as per distinguished needs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding and accurate analysis/interpretation of business and customer queries and service accordingly.</p><br/><p><b>Problem Solving : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Managing Business and customers expectations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in Team Huddles and showing enough Teamwork to provide solutions to any issues.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure solutions are implemented on fast track basis and work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless client delivery.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensures effective testing are done and adherence to service standard and quality services to all stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure the SLA are met.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensures that the practice and procedures stated have been strictly followed during the course of data validation.</p><br/><p><b>Decision Making Authority & Responsibility : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Taking corrective and preventive action based on feedback from stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p>- Immediately escalates service defect/issues to the manager/seniors.<br/><br/></p><p>- Shares responsibility with his/her seniors.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
