<br/><br/>Building upon your extensive expertise, you will collaborate closely with our experienced test engineering team to advance testing processes and contribute to the growth of our company.

<br/><br/>This position offers the opportunity for increased responsibility and leadership in areas such as test automation and advanced testing techniques.

Additionally, you may take on the role of a team lead, providing guidance and mentoring junior team members.<br/><br/><b>Major Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>Years of Experience : 4 to 6</p><p><br/>- Test Strategy : Lead the development of comprehensive test cases, and test scripts, ensuring alignment with project goals and industry best practices.<br/><br/>- Test Automation : Spearhead the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of automated test scripts, leveraging your expertise in automation tools and frameworks to drive efficiency and reliability.<br/><br/>- Manual Testing : Continue to excel in manual testing activities, including exploratory testing, regression testing, and usability testing, serving as a role model for the team.<br/><br/>- Defect Management Ownership : Manage the identification and documentation of defects, issues, and inconsistencies using bug tracking tools, providing expert guidance on prioritization and resolution.<br/><br/>- Test Execution and Reporting : Execute complex test cases with precision, meticulously report test results, and provide actionable feedback to the team, driving timely bug fixes and continuous improvements.<br/><br/>- Regression Testing Leadership : Lead regression testing efforts, ensuring new code changes maintain the integrity of existing functionality while implementing efficient testing strategies.<br/><br/>- Integration Testing Contribution : Play a pivotal role in verifying the integration of various software components and systems, ensuring seamless interoperability in complex environments.<br/><br/>- Ownership and Task Prioritization : Exhibit expert task management, owning and prioritizing tasks effectively, and mentoring junior team members to develop their skills.<br/><br/>- Effective Communication and Feedback : Offer timely, constructive feedback to peers and managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and open communication.<br/><br/>- Understanding of Project Context : Demonstrate a deep understanding of how your work aligns with the larger project, identifying issues with requirements and contributing to project success.<br/><br/>- Continuous Improvement Advocate : Champion the adoption of advanced testing processes, methodologies, and best practices to enhance overall testing efficiency and effectiveness within the team, and mentor others in this regard.<br/><br/>- Deepened Domain Knowledge : Elevate your domain expertise in the Revenue Science industry, actively contributing to the development of end-to-end solutions and providing valuable insights.<br/><br/>- Documentation Excellence : Maintain and enhance detailed documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results, setting the standard for thoroughness and clarity.<br/><br/>- Proactive Problem Solving : Persistent in the face of roadblocks; dispatches them efficiently, pulling in others as necessary.

Requires minimal direction/oversight and takes the initiative to fix issues before being assigned them.<br/><br/>- Continuous Learning Advocate : Researches and proposes new tools to facilitate self-, team-, and company-wide learnings, contributing to the growth and advancement of the organization.<br/><br/>- Feedback on Diverse Projects : Provides feedback on projects outside of their core area, leveraging their expertise to contribute to various initiatives.<br/><br/>- Problem Solving Strategies : Identifies and proposes strategies to problems affecting their team and gets buy-in on solutions, fostering a collaborative problem-solving culture within the organization.<br/><br/><b>Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Competencies, Education & Experience) :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- A minimum of Five years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, showcasing a strong foundation in testing methodologies and practices.

<br/><br/>- In-depth knowledge of advanced testing methodologies, tools, and best practices, with a proven track record in test automation.<br/><br/>- Proven ability to excel in test automation efforts, utilizing advanced automation tools and frameworks as an individual contributor.<br/><br/>- Expertise in version control systems (e.g., Git) and their application in software testing workflows.<br/><br/>- Unwavering attention to detail and a commitment to delivering the highest quality software.<br/><br/>- Excellent interpersonal skills, accompanied by strong documentation and problem-solving abilities.<br/><br/>- Bachelors degree in engineering, Software Engineering, or related field (or relevant experience).<br/><br/>- Proficiency in bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) and experience in optimizing defect management processes.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.

OR Proficiency with Mongo<br/><br/>- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and Groovy, with the ability to create custom test automation solutions.<br/><br/>- Experience with testing tools like K6 for performance testing, Selenium for web application testing, and unit testing frameworks.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with AWS services and cloud architecture, including exposure to observability tools like Datadog, demonstrating the ability to monitor and optimize system performance effectively.Good to <br/><br/>An equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered.
