As a key contributor to our product development efforts, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-impact solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities </b><br/><br/><b>Product Strategy and Roadmap: </b><br/><br/>- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's vision and goals.
<br/><br/>- Define and prioritize feature sets, enhancements, and improvements based on market research, customer feedback, and industry trends.
<br/><br/>- Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
<br/><br/><b>Cross-functional Collaboration: </b><br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive successful product development and launches.
<br/><br/>- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages input from various stakeholders and ensures a holistic approach to product development.<br/><br/><b>Market Analysis: </b><br/><br/>- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
<br/><br/>- Stay informed about industry best practices and advancements to inform product development decisions.
<br/><br/><b>Product Lifecycle Management: </b><br/><br/>- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing support.
<br/><br/>- Define and measure key product metrics, analyze performance data, and implement improvements as needed.
<br/><br/><b>Customer Focus: </b><br/><br/>- Work closely with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for product enhancement.
<br/><br/>- Advocate for the customer throughout the product development process, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.
<br/><br/><b>Qualifications </b><br/><br/>- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.
<br/><br/>- Proven experience (2-3 years) in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products.
<br/><br/>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
<br/><br/>- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
<br/><br/>- Deep understanding of data management, verification, or related industries is highly desirable.
