<p><p><b>About the Role : </b><br/><br/>We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to drive technical excellence across our blockchain, SaaS, and AI product development initiatives.<br/><br/>You'll lead engineering teams, architect scalable solutions, and ensure successful delivery of cutting-edge products for our clients.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/><b>Technical Leadership : </b><br/><br/>- Lead and mentor engineering teams of 5-10 developers across multiple projects.<br/><br/>- Define technical architecture and technology stack for blockchain, SaaS, and AI products.<br/><br/>- Establish coding standards, best practices, and development workflows.<br/><br/>- Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable codebases.<br/><br/>- Make critical technical decisions and trade-offs to balance speed, quality, and scalability.<br/><br/><b>Project & Product Development : </b><br/><br/>- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.<br/><br/>- Break down complex projects into manageable milestones and deliverables.<br/><br/>- Oversee end-to-end development lifecycle from conception to deployment.<br/><br/>- Identify and mitigate technical risks proactively.<br/><br/>- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining code quality and performance standards.<br/><br/><b>Blockchain & Web3 Expertise : </b><br/><br/>- Design and implement smart contracts on platforms like Ethereum, Solana, or Polygon.<br/><br/>- Build secure and scalable blockchain integrations and dApps.<br/><br/>- Implement wallet integrations, tokenomics, and on-chain/off-chain data synchronization.<br/><br/>- Stay current with blockchain protocols, consensus mechanisms, and Web3 standards.<br/><br/><b>SaaS & AI Development : </b><br/><br/>- Architect multi-tenant SaaS platforms with focus on scalability and security.<br/><br/>- Implement AI/ML features including LLM integrations, recommendation systems, or predictive analytics.<br/><br/>- Optimize application performance, API design, and database architecture.<br/><br/>- Ensure robust DevOps practices including CI/CD, monitoring, and deployment automation.<br/><br/><b>Team Development & Collaboration : </b><br/><br/>- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering their technical growth.<br/><br/>- Facilitate technical discussions and knowledge sharing within the team.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, QA, and DevOps.<br/><br/>- Participate in hiring and building high-performing engineering teams.<br/><br/><b>Required Qualifications : </b><br/><br/>- 4+ years of software development experience with 2+ years in a technical leadership role.<br/><br/>- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Go, Rust, or Solidity).<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with blockchain technologies (smart contracts, Web3.js, ethers.js, DeFi protocols).<br/><br/>- Proven track record building SaaS applications with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).<br/><br/>- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and LLM integration (OpenAI API, LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch).<br/><br/>- Deep understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and caching systems (Redis).<br/><br/>- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).<br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound technical decisions under pressure.<br/><br/>- Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Qualifications : </b><br/><br/>- Experience in software development agencies or consulting environments.<br/><br/>- Contributions to open-source blockchain or AI projects.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of cryptographic principles and security best practices.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.<br/><br/>- Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue.js).<br/><br/>- Understanding of tokenomics, DAOs, and DeFi ecosystems.<br/><br/>- Previous experience scaling products from 0 to 1.<br/><br/><b>What We Offer : </b><br/><br/>- Competitive salary.<br/><br/>- Opportunity to work on cutting-edge blockchain and AI projects.<br/><br/>- Collaborative and innovative work environment.<br/><br/>- Professional development and learning opportunities.<br/><br/>- Flexible work arrangements.<br/><br/>- Health benefits and wellness programs.<br/><br/><b>Location : </b> On-site Navi Mumbai (CBD Belapur).<br/><br/><b>Employment Type : </b> Full-time.<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
