<p>Company: The Marcom Avenue.<br/><br/> Location: Gurugram (On-site).<br/><br/> Experience: 4+ Years in B2B Tech/SaaS/Enterprise Sales.<br/><br/> Qualification: Graduate (BE/BTech);.<br/><br/> Role Overview:<br/><br/>- As an Enterprise Sales Manager - Technology, you'll take ownership of building high-value enterprise accounts, leading solution-based sales efforts for services like CRM platforms, mobile apps, websites, and full-stack digital transformation initiatives.<br/><br/> Key Responsibilities:<br/><br/>- Lead Business Development for the technology services vertical at TMA.<br/><br/>- Own and grow revenue from large B2B and enterprise accounts across sectors.<br/><br/>- Identify new business opportunities, develop GTM strategies, and expand the tech client base.<br/><br/>- Drive end-to-end sales cycles: proposal building, solution pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.<br/><br/>- Maximize account value by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, creative, strategy) to deliver tailored solutions.<br/><br/>- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure long-term engagement.<br/><br/> Must-Have Experience & Skills:<br/><br/>- 7+ years in Technology/SaaS/Enterprise Solution Sales.<br/><br/>- Proven success in closing large-scale B2B deals and managing enterprise accounts.<br/><br/>- Experience in selling CRM systems, mobile applications, websites, or digital transformation services.<br/><br/>- Proficient in consultative selling, pipeline management, and proposal creation.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with working in agency environments or solution-based sales setups.<br/><br/>- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.<br/><br/> About The Marcom Avenue:<br/><br/> The Marcom Avenue is a full-service integrated marketing and communications agency, known for delivering impactful strategies across branding, digital marketing, PR, performance, and technology.<br/><br/> We work with forward-thinking businesses to fuel their growth journeys through data-driven storytelling and innovation.<br/><br/> As we scale our Technology Services division, we're looking for a seasoned sales leader to build and grow enterprise-level relationships and drive digital transformation through our tech offerings.</p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
