<p><p><b>Job Title : </b> Salesforce Team Lead<br/><br/><b>Experience Required : </b> 5 - 8 years.<br/><br/><b>Location : </b> Remote.<br/><br/><b>Shift Timings : </b> 12 : 00 PM - 9 : 00 PM (IST).<br/><br/><b>Department : </b> Salesforce Practice / Technology.<br/><br/><b>About MetroMax : </b><br/><br/>MetroMax Group is a group of companies operating in the transportation and logistics sector.<br/><br/>We cater to trucking, last-mile delivery, dispatch, BPO, and IT services in the transportation sector.<br/><br/>The MetroMax group is based out of Atlanta, the USAs transportation hub.<br/><br/>Atlanta has the world's busiest airport, the 3rd largest US port, and is home to 85% of the world's largest 3PL companies.<br/><br/>The MetroMax group leverages its deep connections within the Transportation industry to provide an array of services to a wide spectrum of clients.<br/><br/>Besides Atlanta, we have offices in Bangalore in, India.<br/><br/>The MetroMax Group's India center anchors the Back Office support and IT/BPO businesses for the MetroMax group.<br/><br/>The India center is also leading Business Process and Technology related innovations for the MetroMax group.<br/><br/>MetroMax Group anchoring Backoffice support, grew their employee count by 417% last year and continues.<br/><br/>We are with an employee headcount of 500 members : 300 Operating in the US and 200 in India.<br/><br/>Our vision of expanding beyond our customers' expectations has stood out.<br/><br/>It is well appreciated with certifications and associations such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, NASSCOM, TiE, Great Place to Work, etc.<br/><br/><b>Job Summary : </b><br/><br/>We are looking for a skilled and experienced Salesforce Team Lead to join our growing team.<br/><br/>In this role, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of Salesforce projects, managing a small to medium-sized team, and working directly with clients to ensure alignment with business needs and objectives.<br/><br/>This role requires a strong functional understanding of Salesforce, hands-on project delivery experience, and excellent leadership and client communication skills.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce project delivery, ensuring quality and on-time completion.<br/><br/>- Oversee a small to mid-sized team of Salesforce developers and consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define solutions, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.<br/><br/>- Ensure alignment between technical implementation and business goals.<br/><br/>- Provide functional expertise across Salesforce products and modules.<br/><br/>- Monitor team performance and support resource planning and allocation.<br/><br/>- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status and risks.<br/><br/>- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the Salesforce practice.<br/><br/><b>Requirements : </b><br/><br/>- 5 - 8 years of experience in Salesforce, with strong functional knowledge.<br/><br/>- Proven experience in successfully delivering Salesforce projects.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience managing small to medium-sized teams.<br/><br/>- Prior experience in a client-facing role with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br/><br/>- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Qualifications : </b><br/><br/>- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) are a plus.<br/><br/>- Experience working in agile environments and familiarity with project management tools.<br/><br/>- Exposure to various Salesforce modules and third-party integrations.<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
