<p>Job Description :</p><p><br/></p><p>- Design, develop, conducts unit testing, and maintains complex Tableau reports for scalability, manageability, extensibility, performance, and re-use.<br/><br/>- Provide technical expertise in areas of architecture, design, and implementation.<br/><br/>- Determine the best implementation that will meet the design of the architect.<br/><br/>- Work with team members to create useful reports and dashboards that provide insight, improve/automate processes, or otherwise add value to the team.<br/><br/>- Work through iterative review cycles to deliver results that meet or exceed user expectations.<br/><br/>- Ensure consistency by adhering to a set of software coding and style guides.<br/><br/>- Resolve support tickets related to Tableau reports.<br/><br/>- Contribute to how analytical approach is structured for specification of analysis<br/><br/>- Contribute insights from conclusions of analysis that integrate with initial hypothesis and business objective.
Independently address complex problems<br/><br/>- Participate in design of analysis and modelling approach with managers and modelers<br/><br/>- Extremely comfortable working with data, including managing large number of data sources, analyzing data quality, and pro-actively working with clients data/ IT teams to resolve issues<br/><br/>- Use variety of analytical tools (Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI etc.) to carry out analysis and drive conclusions<br/><br/>- Reformulate highly technical information into concise, understandable terms for presentations<br/><br/>- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure the availability of clean, structured, and accurate data for visualization.<br/><br/>- Develop data models, extract and manipulate data from various sources (databases, APIs, Excel, etc.) to create comprehensive visual reports.<br/><br/>- Optimize Tableau workbooks and dashboards for performance, ensuring scalability and responsiveness in large datasets.<br/><br/>- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for Tableau reports and dashboards, addressing issues or improvements as necessary.<br/><br/>- Ensure the security and integrity of data visualizations, following best practices for access control and data governance.<br/><br/>- Conduct user training and support to ensure stakeholders can effectively interact with Tableau dashboards.<br/><br/>- Stay current with Tableau updates and new features, incorporating them into solutions where appropriate.<br/><br/>Requirements :</p><p><br/></p><p>- Proven experience in developing and working Tableau driven dashboards, analytics.<br/><br/>- Ability to query and display large data sets while maximizing the performance of workbook.<br/><br/>- Ability to interpret technical or dashboard structure and translate complex business requirements to technical specifications.<br/><br/>- Working knowledge of Tableau administrator/architecture.<br/><br/>- Advanced Tableau development skills required.<br/><br/>- High-level competency in Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.).<br/><br/>- Understanding of advanced calculations and statistical functions.<br/><br/>- A solid understanding of SQL, relational database management system, data modeling, and normalization<br/><br/>- Strong communication skills.<br/><br/>- Attention to detail and accuracy.</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
