<p><p><b>Position :</b> SAP UFT Senior Automation Engineer<br/><br/><b>Experience :</b> 8+ Years<br/><br/><b>Location :</b> Bangalore<br/><br/><b>Work Mode :</b> Work From Office (WFO)<br/><br/><b>Work Type :</b> Contract (3-5 months, extendable)<br/><br/><b>Job Summary :</b><br/><br/>We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient SAP UFT Senior Automation Engineer with 8+ years of experience.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate will be an expert in designing, developing, and maintaining automated regression test scripts for SAP S/4HANA.<br/><br/>This role requires deep, hands-on expertise in VBScript/UFT One and experience with hybrid automation frameworks.<br/><br/>You will be responsible for enhancing our existing automation frameworks, automating API and middleware components, and ensuring our continuous integration environment is robust and reliable.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Automation Script Development : Design, develop, and maintain automated regression test scripts for SAP S/4HANA across various interfaces, including SAP GUI, Fiori, and Web.<br/><br/>- Framework Enhancement : Enhance our existing automation framework by creating reusable functions, libraries, and components to improve efficiency and scalability.<br/><br/>- API & Middleware Automation : Take ownership of automating the testing of API and middleware components, ensuring seamless and reliable communication between systems.<br/><br/>- Execution & Analysis : Execute regression test packs, meticulously analyze test failures, and provide detailed root cause analysis (RCA) to the development and functional teams.<br/><br/>- Methodology & Collaboration : Collaborate closely with functional testers to ensure maximum test coverage and data accuracy.<br/><br/>You will work within a hybrid automation framework and contribute to improving our testing methodologies.<br/><br/>- CI/CD Integration : Work hands-on within a CI/CD environment, integrating automated tests into the development pipeline to enable continuous delivery and deployment.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- 8+ years of professional experience in automation testing.<br/><br/>- Strong, hands-on expertise in VBScript/UFT One scripting.<br/><br/>- Proven experience in designing and enhancing hybrid automation frameworks.<br/><br/>- Experience in automating tests for SAP S/4HANA (SAP GUI, Fiori, Web).<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience in automating API and middleware components.<br/><br/>- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and environments.<br/><br/>- Excellent analytical skills for failure analysis and root cause determination</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
