TMCS is alliance partner for National instruments for Data Acquisition Hardware and LabVIEW software developments.<br/><br/>Position : Senior Application Engineer<br/><br/><b>Summary :</b><br/><br/>We are seeking an experienced and skilled LabVIEW developer to join our dynamic team.
The LabVIEW developer will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our software applications.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
This position requires a deep understanding of application architecture, coding standards, and best practices.<br/><br/><b>Job Summary :</b><br/><br/>- Perform Test Bench Application development using National Instruments LabVIEW Programming Language<br/><br/>- Understand National Instruments Data Acquisition Hardware for High Speed Data Logging<br/><br/>- Working Knowledge of National Instruments CompactRIO, PXI, CompactDAQ<br/><br/>- Understand and have programming knowledge of Servo Drives, VFD<br/><br/>- Understand and have programming knowledge of Industrial Communication protocol using LabVIEW e.g. Modbus over TCP/IP, EtherCAT, CAN and more<br/><br/>- Perform Debugging of Instrumentation setups<br/><br/>- Knowledge of programming for Hydraulic Test Stands will be an added advantage<br/><br/>- Standardization of test procedures using softwares on production setups and adhere to ISO standards<br/><br/>- Good skills of documentation for Test Stands Code and debugging procedure<br/><br/>- Provide innovative Testing solution by understanding testing requirements and provide guidance to test Team testing and validation of code<br/><br/>- Documentation<br/><br/>- Support Field Application Engineer over remote access and telephonic for Installation commissioning<br/><br/>- Interfacing of NI hardware like cRIO, cDAQ, PXI<br/><br/>- Ready to support on field team for Installation and support (India and Overseas)<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities and Duties :</b><br/><br/>- Work in team for development<br/><br/>- Software programming in LabVIEW (Real-Time and FPGA) (National Instruments)<br/><br/>- Data Analytics using DIAdem software (Script to analyze, and report on measurement data) added advantages<br/><br/>- PLC Programming added advantage<br/><br/>- Develop LabVIEW Systems Architecture hardware & software<br/><br/>- Measurement Instrumentation selection trade-off, system integration and implementation<br/><br/>- Software processes for Test Requirements, Specifications, Reviews and Delivery<br/><br/>- Confident, self-motivated, responsible, flexible, good attention to detail, good communication skills across all levels of personnel.<br/><br/>- Ability to fix any minor issues with test rigs, lab also work with peer engineer to improve develop any new methods solving the issues<br/><br/>- Visit various customer site for field trials and over remote and telephone, interfacing of NI hardware like cRIO, cDAQ, PXI<br/><br/><b>Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Graduate in Computer engineering or Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering with 3+ Year years of relevant work experience<br/><br/>- Good working knowledge of National Instruments Software and Hardware<br/><br/>- Experience in writing and debugging LabVIEW Real Time and FPGA code<br/><br/>- Safety & Quality Management Practices<br/><br/>- Experience on fault identification and propose corrective actions</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
