Job Description
<p>- Lead 2-3 full life-cycle implementations of MS Dynamics D365 F&O Finance modules.<br/><br/>- Gather, analyze, and re-engineer in-house business processes to design solutions that improve operational efficiency.<br/><br/>- Provide functional support for D365 F&O maintenance and operations.<br/><br/> Configure and implement Financial Management modules:<br/><br/>- General Ledger<br/><br/>- Accounts Payable (AP)<br/><br/>- Accounts Receivable (AR)<br/><br/>- Budgeting<br/><br/>- Fixed Assets<br/><br/>- Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and lead Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) with stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Investigate and resolve functional and technical issues across Level 2 and Level 3 support, adhering to SLAs.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with business users to identify problem areas and deliver the best-fit solutions.<br/><br/>- Identify opportunities to optimize D365 F&O features, strengthen interfaces, and enhance usability.<br/><br/>- Prepare and execute solution testing, unit testing, and business acceptance testing.<br/><br/>- Support data migration, master data validation, cut-over, and Go-Live activities.<br/><br/>- Configure security, workflows, and business processes within D365 F&O.<br/><br/>- Provide usability guidance and create reference material for end-users.<br/><br/>- Communicate issues, risks, and updates proactively with stakeholders and leadership.<br/><br/>- Generate detailed utilization and status reports on project deliverables.<br/><br/>- Stay updated on new D365 F&O functionalities and industry best practices.<br/><br/>- Travel as required to support project delivery and client interactions.<br/><br/>- Minimum 8+ years of experience with at least 2-3 full life-cycle implementations of D365 F&O Finance modules.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge and hands-on expertise in General Ledger, AR, AP, Budgeting, and Fixed Assets.<br/><br/>- Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Finance certification is a strong plus.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in Fit-Gap analysis, CRPs, and SLA-driven support environments.<br/><br/>- Experience in solution testing, data migration, and cut-over/go-live activities.<br/><br/>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br/><br/>- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with international clients independently.<br/><br/>- Ability to provide detailed documentation and reference material for stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Open to travel as per business requirements.<br/><br/>Preferred Qualifications:<br/><br/>- Hands-on exposure to integration scenarios within D365 F&O.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools integrated with D365.<br/><br/>- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments<br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
