<p><p><b>Job Title : </b> Program Manager.<br/><br/> <b>Location : </b> Bangalore, India.<br/><br/> <b>Department : </b> Engineering.<br/><br/> <b>Reports to : </b> VP of Engineering.<br/><br/> Tookitaki is looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Program Manager to oversee the successful execution of multiple projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to budget, timeline, and scope while aligning project goals with client and company objectives.<br/><br/> You will work closely with cross-functional teams and manage resources, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure project success.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities : & Program Delivery : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Own the end-to-end execution of product and engineering programs.</p><p><br/></p> - Drive on-time delivery, proactively identify roadblocks, and implement mitigations.<br/><br/></p><p> - Track and report against milestones, timelines, and delivery Collaboration : </b></p><p><b><br/></b></p> - Collaborate closely with developers, QA, product managers, designers, and business - Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams ensuring clarity and Process Management : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Run daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions.</p><p><br/></p> - Drive adoption and optimization of Agile methodologies using tools like Jira and Communication : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Own the communication rhythm with internal stakeholders on status, risks, and dependencies.</p><p><br/></p> - Document action plans, decisions, and execution updates in Confluence and share via & Accountability : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Define and track key program KPIs such as delivery velocity, blocker resolution time, and sprint burndown.</p><p><br/></p> - Establish a framework to measure today vs planned delivery outcomes, and report deviations with Qualifications : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- 4 - 8 years of total experience with 3+ years in a Technical Program Manager or Engineering Program Manager role.</p><p><br/></p> - Proven hands-on experience working directly with software developers and understanding technical constraints.<br/><br/></p><p> - Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies.<br/><br/></p><p> - Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and Slack for project tracking and communication.<br/><br/></p><p> - Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.<br/><br/></p><p> - Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed Skills : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience working in a FinTech or RegTech environment.</p><p><br/></p> - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps workflows, and cloud infrastructure coordination.<br/><br/></p><p> - Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or SAFe : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Achieve 100% on-time delivery of all sprints and releases for key projects.</p><p><br/></p> - Improve client satisfaction through better project execution and communication, measured by post-project surveys.<br/><br/></p><p> - Ensure 95% compliance with project budget and resource estimates across all projects.<br/><br/></p><p> - Successfully manage 3+ parallel projects with zero major escalations in the first Tookitaki : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>Tookitaki : The Trust Layer for Financial Services.</p><p><br/> Tookitaki is transforming financial services by building a robust trust layer that focuses on two crucial pillars : preventing fraud to build consumer trust and combating money laundering to secure institutional trust.</p><br/> Our trust layer leverages collaborative intelligence and a federated AI approach, delivering powerful, AI-driven solutions for real-time fraud detection and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) We Build Trust : Our Unique Value Propositions : </b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p><p><b>AFC Ecosystem Community-Driven Financial Crime Protection :</b></p><p><br/> The Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) Ecosystem is a community-driven platform that continuously updates financial crime patterns with real-time intelligence from industry experts.
