<p><p><b>Job Title :</b> .Net Full Stack Tech Lead (AI/ ML )<br/><br/><b>Experience :</b> 8 - 10 yrs<br/><br/><b>Location :</b> Chennai<br/><br/><b>Job Summary :</b><br/><br/>We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to lead a dynamic team of 7-10 developers and testers in designing, building, and maintaining a high-performance .NET Core/Angular-based product on Microsoft Azure.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scalable application architecture, cloud-native development, and team leadership, with a hands-on approach to coding, design, and mentoring.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Technical Leadership : Serve as the senior technical authority, driving architecture, design, and development of .NET Core, Angular, and Azure-based solutions.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Team Management : Plan, assign, and track tasks, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high code quality, performance, and scalability.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Code & Process Excellence : Enforce best practices (SOLID, Clean Code, Design Patterns), conduct code reviews, and reduce technical debt.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Mentorship : Guide and upskill team members in .NET, Angular, Azure, and Agile methodologies.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, architects, and clients to align technical solutions with business goals.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Release Management : Oversee CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and release planning in an Azure DevOps environment.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Innovation : Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and security.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications :</b> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Education : Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Experience : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- 8+ years in .NET stack (C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework) with Angular (v12+).
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Cloud Expertise : Hands-on experience with Azure (App Services, Functions, SQL DB, Blob Storage, AAD, Key Vault, etc.).
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Frontend Proficiency : Strong skills in Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5, CSS3, and state management (NgRx preferred).
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Database & Performance : Expertise in SQL Server (query optimization, indexing) and NoSQL (Cosmos DB is a plus).
</p><p><br/></p><p>- DevOps & CI/CD : Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and automated testing frameworks.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- AI/ML Integration : At least one project involving AI/ML integration (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, or custom models).
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Agile & Collaboration : Strong experience in Scrum/Kanban and working in cross-functional teams.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Soft Skills : Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.<br/><br/><b>Nice-to-Have Skills :</b> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Microservices & DDD : Experience with microservices architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and CQRS.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Security Best Practices : Knowledge of OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, and secure coding practices.
