Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Tosca Automation Architect

with deep expertise in

SAP Modules

to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of test automation frameworks within the organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Tosca Test Automation tools, a strong understanding of SAP solutions, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver efficient and scalable automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Automation Framework Design & Development :
Lead the design, development, and implementation of test automation frameworks using

Tosca

in alignment with SAP-related business processes.
Architect scalable and reusable automation solutions for SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Fiori, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.).
Define and implement best practices for Tosca automation to ensure high quality, maintainability, and performance.
SAP Test Automation :
Develop automated tests for key SAP modules, such as SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP HR, and others.
Work with SAP Functional Consultants and business stakeholders to identify test cases for automation and map them into Tosca test suites.
Ensure automated testing covers functional, integration, and regression testing for SAP-based systems.
Tool Integration & Customization :
Customize Tosca automation tools to integrate with SAP-specific environments and test management tools (e.g., Jira, ALM, Solution Manager).
Optimize test automation scripts and data-driven testing strategies tailored to SAP environments.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management :
Work closely with the SAP development and functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with other architects, project managers, and testing teams to define and refine test strategies, scope, and deliverables.
Provide guidance and mentoring to junior testers and automation engineers in best practices for using Tosca and SAP automation.
Continuous Improvement :
Drive continuous improvement of automation frameworks and methodologies to increase test efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance overall testing effectiveness.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Tosca automation and SAP testing technologies.
Evaluate and recommend improvements or new tools as required to support automation needs.
Test Execution & Reporting :
Oversee the execution of automated tests and analyze results to identify defects, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Provide detailed reports on test execution, coverage, and defect metrics, including insights for development teams.
SAP Module Expertise :
Leverage your deep understanding of SAP modules to provide expertise in test scenarios, configurations, and business process flows specific to SAP environments.
Ensure test automation scripts align with the functional and technical design of SAP systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Experience :
Minimum of 7 + years

of hands-on experience in

test automation

with

Tosca .
Extensive experience with

SAP Modules

(SAP FICO, SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP HCM, SAP BW, etc.).
Proven experience designing and implementing

automation frameworks

for complex enterprise applications, particularly SAP-based systems.
Strong understanding of the

SAP landscape

and business processes, including

SAP S/4HANA ,

SAP ECC , and

SAP Fiori .

Skills :
Proficient in

Tosca Test Automation Tool

(including Tosca BI, Tosca Modules, Test Case Design, Execution, etc.).
Experience with integrating Tosca with test management and defect tracking tools like

Jira ,

ALM , or

Solution Manager .
Strong scripting skills, particularly with

Tosca TestScripts ,

VBScript ,

Java , or

Groovy .
Knowledge of

CI/CD pipelines

(Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.) and version control tools (Git, SVN).
Familiarity with

SAP testing methodologies ,

test case creation , and

test execution

for SAP applications.
Certifications

(Preferred):
Tosca Test Automation Certification.
SAP Certification (SAP HANA, SAP FICO, SAP SD, SAP MM).
ISTQB or equivalent software testing certification.

Soft Skills :
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to mentor and train junior automation engineers.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on test quality and performance.
Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills:
Experience with SAP

Cloud

solutions, such as

SAP SuccessFactors ,

SAP Ariba , or

SAP S/4HANA Cloud .
Knowledge of

SAP Solution Manager

or

SAP Test Data Migration Server (TDMS) .
Familiarity with

Performance Testing

or

Security Testing

for SAP applications.
