<p><p><b>Company Overview :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>TraceLink is a global leader in digital supply chain solutions for the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.</p><p><br/>Our Opus Platform powers secure, real-time, multi-enterprise collaboration and data exchange, helping organizations reduce supply chain disruptions, ensure compliance, and protect patient safety worldwide.<br/><br/>With 8 global offices, 800+ employees, and over 1,300 customers across 60+ countries, TraceLink is at the forefront of digital transformation in healthcare.<br/><br/>Recognized by Gartner, IDC, and Comparably for innovation and workplace culture, we are redefining supply chain connectivity.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Role Overview :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>We are seeking a highly analytical and technically adept Network Operations Analyst to join our fast-paced, innovation-driven Network Operations team.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing electronic data exchange between TraceLink customers and their trade partners, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and secure transmission.<br/><br/>This role combines technical expertise, data analysis, problem-solving, and customer engagement to support the seamless flow of information within a complex pharmaceutical supply chain ecosystem.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities Analysis & Verification :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Conduct in-depth research and verification of large, complex master data sets to ensure data accuracy and compliance with industry standards.</p><p><br/></p>- Analyze structured and semi-structured data using tools like SQL, Python, or advanced Excel functions to identify gaps, trends, and discrepancies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Validate and reconcile customer identifiers (e.g., GLNs, GTINs) across multiple platforms and data sources.<br/><br/><b>Operations & Case Management :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Manage and prioritize workload across multiple support cases, routine operational tasks, and data verification activities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Product Management, Customer Success) to </p><p>resolve technical and operational issues.<br/><br/></p><p>- Act as a point of escalation for complex partner and customer challenges, including data </p><p>transmission or integration issues.<br/><br/><b>Customer & Partner Engagement :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Participate in calls with customers and trade partners to resolve data exchange challenges and provide technical guidance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Educate partners on TraceLinks network protocols, data formats, and compliance requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Deliver timely, accurate, and actionable reports to internal and external stakeholders.<br/><br/><b>Process & Platform Support :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Support and enhance processes for secure electronic data exchange using formats such as </p><p>XML, SAP IDOC, and ANSI X12.<br/><br/></p><p>- Assist in implementing and testing new workflows, APIs, or integration solutions on </p><p>TraceLinks Opus Platform.<br/><br/></p><p>- Identify opportunities for process automation and performance Skills & Qualifications & Experience :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (Masters preferred).</p><p><br/></p><p>- 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in data operations, network operations, or customer-facing technical support roles.</p><p><br/>- Pharmaceutical or life sciences domain experience is a strong plus.</p><br/><b>Technical Skills :</b></p><p><b><br/></b>- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, advanced formulas, data validation).<br/><br/></p><p>- Working knowledge of SQL for querying, analyzing, and validating data.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to Python for basic scripting, automation, and analysis is advantageous.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with XML, SAP IDOCs, ANSI X12 EDI standards, and integration tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of enterprise systems and data exchange workflows.<br/><br/><b>Core Competencies :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex issues to non-</p><p>technical stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a </p><p>fast-paced environment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborative team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.<br/><br/></p><p>- Multilingual proficiency (German, French, Spanish, Chinese, Korean) is a plus</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
