Job Description – Trade Marketing Lead


Role Overview


  • Lead end-to-end trade marketing strategy and execution across regions.
  • Oversee POSM planning, deployment, and compliance for all in-store activities.
  • Drive distribution effectiveness of input SKUs for activated months.
  • Create impactful sales team briefing materials and conduct F2F briefings.
  • Ensure loyalty program implementation and adherence to guidelines.
  • Lead GTM/RTM initiatives for all new product launches.
  • Empanel and manage key stores, track offtakes, and build retail partnerships.
  • Plan, execute, and measure micro-marketing activities at cluster level.
  • Manage vendor partnerships to ensure cost-effective and quality execution.
  • Provide insights and ROI analysis on trade marketing activities.



Who We Are Looking For


  • Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
  • 6+ years’ FMCG experience in Trade Marketing/Channel Development/GT Sales.
  • Strong expertise in metro market handling, POSM, loyalty programs, and ROI tracking.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
