<p><p><b>Role : </b> SDE 2 - : </b> Onsite - Gurgaon</p><p><br/><b>What will you be doing here ?</b></p></p><p><b><br/></b>- Design, implement, and maintain scalable features across the stack using Django/Python (backend).</p><p><br/>- Build, deploy, and monitor services on Azure, GCP, and IBM Cloud, with an emphasis on scalability, performance, and security.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design data models and write efficient queries using PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and SQL, ensure data integrity and performance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and internal services to support platform integrations and data workflows.<br/><br/></p><p>- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and monitoring solutions for seamless </p><p>deployment and observability.<br/><br/></p><p>- Debug complex issues and optimize backend logic for better user experience and system </p><p>reliability.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with teams and share knowledge via tech talks and promote tech and engineering best practices within the team.</p><p><br/><p><b>Requirement :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- B-Tech/M-Tech in Computer Science from Tier 1/2 Colleges.</p><p><br/></p>- Basic understanding of working within Cloud infrastructure and Cloud Native Apps (AWS, </p><p>Azure, etc.<br/><br/></p><p>- 2+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, preferably in product-based or SaaS companies.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Deep experience with Python and Django for backend development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB including query optimization and </p><p>schema design.<br/><br/></p><p>- Sound understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, containerization (Docker), and version control (Git).<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with CI/CD practices, testing frameworks, and agile Profile :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- A hard-working, humble disposition.<br/><br/></p><p>- Desire to make a strong impact on the lives of millions through your work.<br/><br/></p><p>- Capacity to communicate well with stakeholders as well as team members and be an effective interface between the Engineering and Product/Business team.</p><p><br/></p><p>- A quick thinker who can adapt to a fast-paced startup environment and work with minimum supervision</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
