Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Relations & Employer Development
• Identify and develop strong partnerships with leading organizations across industries for placements, internships, and live projects.
• Maintain long-term relationships with recruiters and alumni working in key companies.
• Organize campus recruitment drives, industry visits, and networking sessions.
• Act as a single point of contact for all corporate engagement activities.

Placement Strategy & Execution
• Design and implement the annual placement plan aligned with institutional goals.
• Ensure high placement percentages and quality job offers for MBA and management students.
• Coordinate end-to-end placement processes — from corporate outreach and scheduling to offer management.
• Monitor placement statistics and prepare periodic placement reports for management.

Student Preparation & Career Readiness
• Work closely with faculty and training teams to enhance students’ employability.
• Organize pre-placement workshops, aptitude training, mock interviews, and soft-skills sessions.
• Guide students on career paths, company selection, and interview preparation.
• Ensure students are aligned with market expectations and industry needs.

Market Intelligence & Strategic Initiatives
• Conduct research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging roles in management sectors.
• Recommend curriculum inputs based on recruiter feedback and changing job market dynamics.
• Leverage data insights to develop new corporate tie-ups and sectoral opportunities.
• Represent the college at national HR forums, conferences, and corporate summits.

Team Leadership & Process Management
• Lead, motivate, and mentor the placement and corporate relations team.
• Build a structured process for tracking corporate interactions, follow-ups, and placement outcomes.
• Implement CRM and reporting tools to maintain placement and alumni data.
• Drive accountability, transparency, and efficiency within the team.
Qualifications & Experience:
• MBA / Master’s in HR, Marketing, or related discipline from a reputed institution.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in placement management, corporate relations, or talent acquisition, preferably within a reputed management college or university.
• Proven track record of building strong corporate networks and achieving high placement outcomes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
