                <p><b>Job Summary</b><br/><br/>We are hiring for <b>Head - Performance Marketing</b><br/><br/>- With a successful track record to drive revenue, user acquisition, and brand awareness.<br/><br/>- Who can focus on data-driven marketing strategies to optimize marketing ROI and achieve business objectives.<br/><br/>- Who shall have an expertise in digital marketing analytics that can support effective campaign targeting and performance measurement.<br/><br/>- Should be able play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, increasing conversion rates, and maximizing marketing efficiency.<br/><br/><b>Job Responsibilities</b><br/><br/>- Develop (through the content & Advertising team) and oversee overall performance marketing strategy<br/><br/>- Create and manage Google Ad campaigns.
(SEM)<br/><br/>- Create and manage Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads.
(Social media advertising)<br/><br/>- Ensure top organic search ranking positions (SEO)<br/><br/>- Regularly review and optimise all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS<br/><br/>- Manage paid listings on third party websites and media partners<br/><br/>- Develop and oversee email marketing and marketing automation strategy<br/><br/>- Set up, manage, and optimise email marketing campaigns (EDM newsletters, drip campaigns, loyalty campaigns, etc.)<br/><br/>- Manage Google Analytics to track and measure all marketing campaigns<br/><br/>- Regularly review multi-channel analytics reports (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website, Blog) and recommend optimisation action plans to sales and marketing teams<br/><br/>- Conduct regular conversion rate optimisation audits and execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands' digital channels and  In-depth knowledge of web analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook Marketing<br/><br/>- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals<br/><br/>- Analytical mind<br/><br/>- Should be from a TOP School such as IIT, BITS, /NIT if from Tech, or IIM, ISB, MDI and the likes.<br/><br/>- Proficient in spoken and written English<br/><br/>- Strong proven track record for managing millions in ad spend<br/><br/>- Email marketing platforms<br/><br/>- Self-driven<br/><br/>- Degree in Marketing communications or equivalent<br/><br/><b>About Transformative Ventures (The Ayurveda Experience)</b><br/><br/>The Ayurveda Experience is America's largest online Ayurvedic house of brands that markets natural, herbal skincare, bodycare, haircare products and wellness supplements.
