                         <p><b>Product Manager </b><br/><br/><b>Location:- Gurgaon </b><br/><br/><b>Experience:- 4-6 years |- Full-time </b><br/><br/><b>About the Role </b><br/><br/>We're building a next-generation- media buying platform- that changes how digital performance marketing operates across channels like Meta, Google, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.
<br/><br/>We're looking for a- Product Manager- who's equal parts- technologist, strategist, and media performance geek- someone who loves data, knows how developers think, and understands what makes a great campaign tick.
<br/><br/>This is a high-ownership role: you'll define the roadmap, work directly with engineers, experiment with new strategies, and use data to build automation that gives us a real performance edge.
<br/><br/><b>What You'll Do </b><br/><br/>- Own the Product End-to-End:- Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for our media buying product across multiple digital channels.
<br/><br/>- Work Deeply with Developers:- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to design APIs, data models, and scalable backend systems.
<br/><br/>- Be the Analytical Brain:- Use data to uncover insights, run experiments, and optimize bidding, targeting, and performance outcomes.
<br/><br/>- Research & Innovate:- Stay on top of global trends in ad-tech, automation, and AI-driven optimization - and translate them into actionable features.
<br/><br/>- Deliver with Precision:- Ensure high-quality product releases that improve campaign efficiency, transparency, and ROI.
<br/><br/><b>What You Bring </b><br/><br/>- Education:- Engineering + MBA from a- top-tier institute- (IITs, BITS, NITs, IIMs, ISB, etc.).
<br/><br/><b>Experience</b>: <br/><br/>- 2+ years as a- Product Manager- working on tech or data-driven products.
<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience in- media buying / performance marketing- (at least one full stint).
<br/><br/>- Prior- coding experience- you should be comfortable discussing architecture and logic with developers.
<br/><br/>- Analytical Mindset:- You think in numbers, build hypotheses, and validate through data.
<br/><br/>- Curiosity & Drive:- You love to learn, test, and lead from the front.
<br/><br/><b>Bonus Points </b><br/><br/>- Experience with DSPs, ad networks, or ad APIs (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
<br/><br/>- Familiarity with SQL, BigQuery, or any analytics stack.
<br/><br/>- Exposure to ML-based optimization or attribution modelling.
