<p>About TransFunnel Consulting:<br/><br/>- At TransFunnel Consulting, we are more than a marketing automation firm-we are growth enablers for businesses worldwide.<br/><br/>- Since our inception in 2015, we have partnered with organizations across 16 countries, ranging from agile startups to Fortune 500 companies and government entities.<br/><br/>- Headquartered in Bangalore, India, our mission is to be the one-stop MarTech and growth strategy partner, enabling Sales, Marketing, Services, and Management teams to achieve their goals.<br/><br/>Position Overview:<br/><br/>We are seeking a Strategic Marketing Lead / Marketing Head to play a dual-impact role:<br/><br/>- TransFunnel Growth Leadership: Drive TransFunnel's annual marketing strategy, elevate brand visibility, and generate high-quality leads.<br/><br/>- Client Delivery Excellence: Lead the execution of inbound and digital marketing projects for a diverse global client base, ensuring measurable impact and exceptional delivery.<br/><br/>- This role demands a proactive, innovative, and results-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, understands global market trends, and has the ability to inspire teams and stakeholders.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:<br/><br/>1.

Strategy & Execution:<br/><br/>- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for TransFunnel and client projects across B2B and B2C segments.<br/><br/>- Craft integrated campaigns spanning SEO, PPC, social media, email, content marketing, and marketing automation to meet growth objectives.<br/><br/> Performance Marketing:<br/><br/>- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and programmatic networks (Taboola, Outbrain).<br/><br/>- Manage budgets, track ROI, and refine strategies based on performance insights.<br/><br/> SEO & Content Marketing:<br/><br/>- Design and oversee impactful content strategies, including blogs, whitepapers, social media, and thought leadership.<br/><br/>- Enhance organic reach and lead generation through advanced SEO techniques and tools.<br/><br/> Marketing Automation & CRM:<br/><br/>- Oversee CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Mailchimp, Zoho, Brevo) to streamline customer journeys and nurture leads.<br/><br/>- Ensure data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics and reporting.<br/><br/> Leadership & Team Development:<br/><br/>- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of digital marketers, content creators, and designers.<br/><br/>- Foster innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.<br/><br/> Analytics & Reporting:<br/><br/>- Track, measure, and analyze KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Search Console.<br/><br/>- Present insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership and clients.<br/><br/> Client & Stakeholder Engagement:<br/><br/>- Develop and deliver impactful marketing pitches, proposals, and presentations for business development.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with CXOs, Directors, and Business Heads to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.<br/><br/>Required Skills & Qualifications:<br/><br/>- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.<br/><br/>- 5-7 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.<br/><br/>- Proven expertise in GTM strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, and multi-channel execution.<br/><br/>- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.<br/><br/>- Ability to conceptualize and execute innovative initiatives aligned with business growth.<br/><br/>- Hands-on proficiency with marketing automation and analytics tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.<br/><br/>- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively<br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
