</p><p><br/></p><p>This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and engineers to build AI models that solve real-world integration challenges.
</p><p><br/></p><p>The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and software development, along with hands-on experience deploying AI models in production environments.</p><br/><p><b>What Youll Be Doing :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborating with product managers, engineers and data scientists to align AI solutions with product functionalities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Designing and developing AI models for challenges like document data extraction, data transformation, pattern recognition and data mapping<br/><br/></p><p>- Applying machine learning algorithms and deep learning architectures and transformer models to build scalable AI models.<br/><br/></p><p>- Working with data engineers to prepare, clean, and transform data for AI applications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Training, evaluating, optimizing and fine-tuning AI models to ensure high performance and accuracy.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitoring deployed AI functionalities, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvement.<br/><br/></p><p>- Keeping abreast of the latest AI research, trends, and innovations relevant to integration technologies.</p><br/><p><b>What You Bring to the Table :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Bachelors degree in computer science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- 3+ years of experience in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI models into production software.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong programming skills in Python, Selenium etc.<br/><br/></p><p>- Expertise in machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of APIs and system integration best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in platforms like hugging face</p><p><br/></p><p>- Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a collaborative team setup.</p><br/><p><b>Skills Required :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Programming Languages : Python<br/><br/></p><p>- ML/DL Frameworks : TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn<br/><br/></p><p>- Cloud Platforms : AWS, Azure, GCP (preferred for AI model deployment)<br/><br/></p><p>- Integration Knowledge : API development, data transformation, system integration<br/><br/></p><p>- Tools & Methodologies : Data cleaning, feature engineering, model optimization<br/><br/></p><p>- Soft Skills : Communication, teamwork, adaptability, critical thinking</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
