This integration enhances efficiency, reduces revenue leakages, and ensures compliance, ultimately upgrading clients' value chains.<br/><br/>We are on the lookout for high-energy professionals who are eager to be part of a fast-growing and dynamic team<br/><br/>Experience: 4 to 8 years in B2B SaaS Software Sales<br/><br/>Qualification: Bachelor's/master's degree in relevant technical or business field.

<br/><br/>Location: Should be based out of Mumbai<br/><br/>Position Overview:<br/><br/>- The Sales Development Representative is the initial interface between the Company's Customers/Prospects and Sales team.

</p><p><br/></p><p>- The SDR should be able to generate qualified leads for the sales team to pursue, through different outreach methods, including social (LinkedIn).<br/><br/>What You'll Be Doing:<br/><br/>- Generate Qualified Sales Opportunities and Pipeline for Sales team.

<br/><br/>- Manage territories and account list with high degree of ownership.

<br/><br/>- Ability to manage and execute daily Outbound calling and prospecting KPI's.

<br/><br/>- Account and Prospect research to map relevant stakeholders, for quality engagements and follow-ups.

<br/><br/>- Learn from existing SDR's on market potential and work on developing market base.

<br/><br/>- Demonstrate experience in creating simple, precise pitch for Calls and Emails and LinkedIn InMail.

<br/><br/>What You Bring to the Table:<br/><br/>- Have demonstrated engaging with C-level and VP-level connects for SaaS and ERP Software companies.

<br/><br/>- Proven track record of generating consistent pipeline against monthly, quarterly and annual targets.

<br/><br/>- Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information effectively in English and a local language.

<br/><br/>- Skilfull Objection handling on calls, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results.

<br/><br/>- Experience working with sales, marketing and product team to understand and convey product value-add, benefits and outcomes to prospects/customers.

<br/><br/>- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.

<br/><br/>- Experience working with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Outreach.

<br/><br/>- Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.

<br/><br/>- Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in internal collaboration and external business activities.

<br/><br/>- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

<br/><br/>- Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

<br/><br/>- Experience prospecting into Supply Chain & Logistics head/decision makers is an added advantage.
