<p>About the job<br/> <br/>Enterprise Account Consultant - B2B SaaS Sales (US Region)</p><p><br/>Location: Remote / Pune</p><p><br/>Work Hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST</p><p><br/>EXP: 3-7 YRS<br/><br/>Truein is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our team.

This is an individual contributor role within a small, competitive, and effective team.

The ideal candidate will be an ambitious self-starter with a keen attention to detail and a proven track record in SaaS B2B sales in US region.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:<br/><br/>New Business Development: Identify, prospect, and build a robust pipeline of new enterprise business opportunities within the assigned US territory.<br/><br/></p><p>Full Sales Cycle Management: Own the entire sales process from initial contact to close, including discovery, solution demonstrations, proposal creation, and contract Selling: Employ a deep understanding of our product and the market to serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and other key stakeholders, articulating a clear value proposition that aligns with the client's business needs.<br/><br/></p><p>Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including Sales Development, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure a seamless and positive experience for prospects and clients.<br/><br/></p><p>Pipeline and Forecasting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce), providing regular reports to management.<br/><br/></p><p>Quota Attainment: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas, with a focus on closing large, complex, and high-value deals.<br/><br/></p><p>Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to contribute to the company's go-to-market strategy and product Total of 3 to 7 yrs of experience is B2B, IT Sales<br/><br/></p><p>- At least 1 to 2 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 - 3 years focused on selling to enterprise-level customers in the US market.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and closing multi-six-figure or higher deals.<br/><br/></p><p>- Demonstrable experience managing long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong business acumen and an understanding of how SaaS solutions solve critical business problems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with sales enablement tools for email and call outreach.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with Strong convincing skills with active listening ability.<br/><br/></p><p>- Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.<br/>A strategic thinker with a hunter mentality for new business acquisition.<br/><br/>Preferred (but not required):<br/><br/></p><p>- Previous experience at a growth-stage startup.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience selling to HR and IT professionals.</p><p><br/>What We Offer<br/><br/></p><p>Competitive Compensation: A highly competitive compensation and benefits package.<br/>Professional Growth: The opportunity to work directly with the founders and be part of an exceptional team.<br/><br/></p><p>Impact: Join a fast-growing startup in its early stages, make a tangible impact, and be a part of our exciting journey.<br/><br/>About Us:</p><p><br/></p><p>Truein is a fast growing B2B SaaS product company, offering Attendance & Timesheet solutions to the companies with Contractual and Distributed workforce.
