<p><p><b>Job Description :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP FICO Consultant with expertise in COPA (Controlling Profitability Analysis), Costing, and Taxation.<br/><br/></p><p>The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the SAP FICO module and be able to configure, implement, and support SAP solutions for financial accounting and controlling Responsibilities :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p><p><b>SAP FICO Configuration and Implementation :</b></p></p><p><b><br/></b>- Implement, configure, and support SAP FICO module including integration with other modules such as SD, MM, and PP.</p><p><br/>- Strong experience in configuring and supporting COPA, Costing, Tax processes in SAP.<br/><b><br/></b></p><p><p><b>COPA (Controlling Profitability Analysis) :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Configure COPA settings including valuation, report painter, and profitability segment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Understand and design processes for profitability analysis, including contribution margin and actual </p><p>costing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design and implement methods for capturing and analyzing profitability :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Expertise in product costing, cost center, internal order, and activity-based costing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implementation and support of cost roll-ups, work in process (WIP), and variance analysis.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide insights and recommendations to improve cost management and financial :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Understand and implement SAP tax solutions for compliance, including configuration of indirect tax, VAT, and other region-specific taxation requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design tax reporting structures, integrate them with other financial processes, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Coordinate with legal and tax departments for tax updates and regulatory and Troubleshooting </b><b>:</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO configurations, </p><p>ensuring smooth integration with other SAP modules.<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform system upgrades, testing, and data migration related to financial accounting and controlling and Analytics :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Create detailed financial and management reporting structures within SAP for internal and external stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide reports and recommendations for process improvements and cost Training and Support :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Lead training sessions for end-users on SAP FICO processes, ensuring understanding of best practices and efficient use of the system.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide ongoing user support and troubleshooting in SAP FICO Management :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Lead and contribute to SAP implementation projects, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, testing, and go-live support.<br/><br/></p><p>- Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure timely project :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- 5- 10 years of experience in SAP FICO module, with a focus on COPA, Costing, and Tax.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of SAP financial accounting and controlling processes and configuration.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience in Profitability Analysis (COPA) configuration and reporting.<br/><br/></p><p>- Expertise in Product Costing (standard cost, actual cost, and variance analysis).<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of SAP Taxation module and configuration for indirect taxes (VAT, GST, etc.)<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with SAP FICO integration with other SAP modules (SD, MM, PP).<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and meet Skills :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- SAP S/4HANA experience.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of regulatory tax changes and updates.<br/><br/></p><p>- Previous experience working in a global, multi-national company.<br/><br/></p><p>- SAP Certification in FICO or related fields is a plus</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
