<p><p><b>Job Description : </b></p><p><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/><b>Development & Implementation : </b><br/><br/>- Lead the development of new user-facing features using Angular (2+), HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.<br/><br/>- Build reusable components and libraries for future use.<br/><br/>- Translate UI/UX design mockups and wireframes into high-quality code.<br/><br/>- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.<br/><br/><b>Architecture & Design :</b><br/><br/>- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define and deliver innovative user interfaces.<br/><br/>- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall frontend strategy.<br/><br/>- Architect and build scalable, maintainable, and testable codebases.<br/><br/><b>Performance & Quality :</b><br/><br/>- Optimize applications for maximum speed and performance.<br/><br/>- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to standards, and best practices.<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.<br/><br/>- Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code reliability.<br/><br/><b>Collaboration & Leadership :</b><br/><br/>- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.<br/><br/>- Work closely with backend developers and DevOps teams to integrate frontend components seamlessly.<br/><br/>- Communicate technical concepts and decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications :</b><br/><br/><b>Experience :</b> 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with at least 3+ years dedicated to Angular (2+).<br/><br/><b>Proficiency :</b><br/><br/>- Exceptional skills in Angular, including a strong understanding of components, services, modules, routing, and state management (e.g., NgRx).<br/><br/>- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/Sass, and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+).<br/><br/>- Experience with responsive design and developing for different screen sizes and devices.<br/><br/><b>Technical Skills :</b><br/><br/>- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.<br/><br/>- Experience with frontend testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma, Protractor, or Jest).<br/><br/>- Proficiency with modern build tools (npm, Webpack, or similar).<br/><br/>- Strong command of version control systems, particularly Git.<br/><br/><b>Problem-Solving :</b><br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.<br/><br/>- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) :</b><br/><br/>- Experience with Angular Material, Bootstrap, or other component libraries.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).<br/><br/>- Experience with server-side rendering (SSR).<br/><br/>- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker.<br/><br/>- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
