<p><p><b>Summary :</b><br/><br/>We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient UI/Frontend Lead to spearhead the development of our next-generation web applications.<br/><br/> This role requires a blend of hands-on coding expertise, architectural design skills, and team leadership.<br/><br/> The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the frontend technical strategy, ensuring code quality, and driving best practices for performance, usability, and accessibility across all web Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/>- Define and drive the frontend technology roadmap and architectural vision for all web applications, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and high performance.</p><br/>- Design and lead the implementation of complex, large-scale UI components and reusable frontend architecture, potentially using a Micro-Frontend approach.<br/><br/>- Own the selection and management of the core frontend stack (libraries, frameworks, build tools), advocating for modern, effective, and efficient solutions.<br/><br/>- Establish and enforce standards for web performance (load times, rendering, responsiveness) and SEO-friendly rendering techniques.<br/><br/>- Spend a significant portion of time actively writing clean, well-documented, and highly performant code for core application features.<br/><br/>- Conduct thorough code reviews, mentor team members on coding best practices, and enforce strict coding standards, design patterns, and testing methodologies (e.g., unit, integration, E2E tests).<br/><br/>- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes, prototypes, and design systems (e.g., in Figma/Sketch) into pixel-perfect, accessible, and intuitive user interfaces.<br/><br/>- Mentor and guide mid-level and junior frontend developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and accountability.<br/><br/>- Collaborate effectively with Backend Engineers to define API contracts (REST/GraphQL), ensure efficient data exchange, and manage integration complexities.<br/><br/>- Assist Product Management and Project Managers in estimating work, breaking down epics into actionable tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of Qualifications and Skills :</b><br/><br/><b>Essential Technical Skills :</b><br/><br/>- Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one modern frontend framework (React.js is highly preferred; experience with Vue.js or Angular is a plus).<br/><br/>- Mastery of HTML5, CSS3, and preprocessors (Sass/Less), including an understanding of modern CSS concepts like CSS-in-JS, CSS Grid, and Flexbox.<br/><br/>- Proven experience building and maintaining large-scale, reusable UI Component Libraries or Design Systems.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of client-side state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, MobX).<br/><br/>- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of browser rendering behavior, performance tuning, and optimization tools</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
