<p><p><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/><b>User Experience Design : <br/></b><br/>- Map end-to-end customer journeys and design user flows that reduce friction and improve engagement.<br/><br/>- Conduct user research, competitor audits, heatmap reviews, and funnel analysis to identify areas of improvement.<br/><br/>- Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and user journey improvements User Interface & Visual Design.<br/><br/>- Design clean, modern, and mobile-responsive interfaces for product pages, landing pages, homepages, and checkout flows.<br/><br/>- Create consistent visual systems using design libraries, grids, iconography, and component structures<br/><br/>- Ensure all designs align with brand aesthetics, tone, and voice Optimization & Iteration.<br/><br/>- Partner with growth, performance marketing, and tech teams to A/B test key layouts and modules<br/><br/>- Continuously optimize UX for KPIs such as CTR, CVR, AOV, bounce rate, and time-on-site.<br/><br/>- Maintain usability best practices while balancing performance and design innovation Collaboration & Delivery.<br/><br/>- Work closely with developers to hand off assets, ensure responsive execution, and resolve functional gaps.<br/><br/>- Manage versioning, testing, and timely delivery of design files for development.<br/><br/>- Use project management tools to stay on top of timelines and tasks.<br/><br/><b>Requirements : </b><br/><br/>- Minimum 3 years of UX/UI experience, with hands-on work at a D2C or eCommerce brand.<br/><br/>- Strong portfolio showcasing responsive D2C website or app design (especially mobile-first).<br/><br/>- Proficiency in Figma (or Adobe XD/Sketch), prototyping tools, and asset handover.<br/><br/>- Understanding of HTML/CSS basics and how designs translate to functional builds.<br/><br/>- Strong eye for typography, layout, white space, and hierarchy.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication skills to present design decisions and rationale clearly.<br/><br/><b>Bonus Points For : </b><br/><br/>- Experience in designing product detail pages, cart/checkout flows, and sales landing pages.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Shopify, Webflow, or other ecommerce CMS.<br/><br/>- Prior exposure to analytics tools like Clarity, Hotjar, GA4, or Mixpanel.<br/><br/>- Basic motion or interaction design experience.<br/><br/>- Opportunity to work on a fast-scaling D2C brand shaping consumer journeys.<br/><br/>- High-impact role in product, marketing, and digital teams.<br/><br/>- Creative freedom with data-backed decision-making.<br/><br/>- Competitive compensation and growth opportunities.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
