<p><p>We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer with 2-3 years of experience to help us create exceptional digital experiences.<br/><br/> You will be a key player in the product development lifecycle, from initial concept to final implementation.<br/><br/> Your work will directly influence user satisfaction and business success by ensuring our products are intuitive, visually appealing, and easy to use.</p><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities : </b></p><p><b><br/></b></p><p><b>User Research & Analysis : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with product managers to gather and evaluate user requirements.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to understand user needs, pain points, and & Design : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Illustrate design concepts using sitemaps, process flows, and storyboards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Create wireframes and prototypes that clearly demonstrate how sites and applications will look and function.</p><br/><p><b>Visual Design : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Design and create high-fidelity mockups, graphic user interface elements (e.g., menus, tabs, widgets), and unique graphic designs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure visual consistency across all platforms and products by following and contributing to established brand guidelines.</p><br/><p><b>Usability Testing : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Identify and troubleshoot UX issues, and make layout adjustments based on user feedback and A/B testing results.</p><br/><p><b>Collaboration : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Work closely with a cross-functional team of developers and product managers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented as intended.</p><br/><p><b>Skills Required :</b></p><br/><p><b>Technical Skills : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- A strong portfolio showcasing a solid understanding of both UI and UX design principles.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and the Adobe Creative Suite.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with user research, wireframing, and prototyping.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of basic front-end development principles (HTML, CSS) is a plus.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Soft Skills :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate design concepts to stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.<br/><br/></p><p>- A keen eye for detail and a creative, problem-solving mindset.<br/><br/></p><p>- Empathy for the user and a user-centric design philosophy.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to take and provide constructive feedback</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
