Built by a small, fast-moving team in Bangalore, we're on a mission to make language learning intuitive, effective, and fun.<br/><br/><b>About the Role :</b><br/><br/>Airlearn is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, automation, and system reliability.
</p><p><br/></p><p>The role involves designing scalable AWS infrastructure, streamlining deployments with CI/CD, managing containerized workloads, and enabling observability across systems.
</p><p><br/></p><p>Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and high availability of applications.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Design, implement, and manage AWS services (VPC, RDS, EC2, Elasticache, Route53, CloudWatch, CloudFront, Redshift, OpenSearch, ELK, etc.).<br/><br/>- Build and maintain infrastructure using Terraform, Pulumi, Packer, Ansible, and Helm.<br/><br/>- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools to streamline application delivery.<br/><br/>- Deploy, monitor, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes/EKS.<br/><br/>- Implement and manage observability solutions with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, New Relic, and OpenTelemetry.<br/><br/>- Develop scripts and tools in Python, Go, Bash (or similar) to improve efficiency and reliability.<br/><br/>- Configure, optimize, and maintain middleware technologies like Redis, Kafka, and ELK.<br/><br/>- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues across distributed environments, ensuring high availability and scalability.<br/><br/>- Partner with developers, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery of applications.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications</b><br/><br/>- Strong background in Linux/Unix administration and system troubleshooting.<br/><br/>- Proven hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (networking, storage, compute).<br/><br/>- Expertise with IaC tools (Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible, Helm, Packer).<br/><br/>- Proficiency in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS).<br/><br/>- Strong programming/scripting skills in Python, Go, Bash, Rust (or similar).<br/><br/>- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent).<br/><br/>- In-depth knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, New Relic, OpenTelemetry).<br/><br/>- Familiarity with middleware and streaming platforms (Redis, Kafka, ELK).<br/><br/>- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in DevOps, Systems Administration, or Software Development in distributed or large-scale environments.</p><br/><p></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
