<p><p>UnifyCX, is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Project and Client Onboarding Director to join our motivated and ambitious team.<br/><br/></p><p><b>What Will You Do?</b><br/><br/> As Project and Client Onboarding Director, you facilitate and coordinate people and processes to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results for multiple projects.<br/><br/> You will review internal and external client requirements, scope and develop project plans, assign and track owners and timelines, as well, lead all project calls with all parties involved.<br/><br/> This position requires creativity and flexibility to accommodate a fast-paced environment to facilitate and manage projects from the creation of the project requirements to the production - Develop detailed project and implementation plans, while ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.<br/><br/> - Ensure all team members and departments are meeting all deadlines whether for a client or an internal project.<br/><br/> - Organizing and leading project status and working meetings, monitoring and holding owners accountable to timelines and progress, managing and addressing risks, correcting deviations from project plan, and overseeing delivery for assigned projects.<br/><br/> - Motivate project groups working in an agile environment, to enable them to complete assigned tasks within set time, and to deliver top performance.<br/><br/> - Assist in team development by removing roadblocks to their work, mentoring them, and making good utilization of organizational resources to improve capacity for project work.<br/><br/> - Ensure resource availability and allocation.<br/><br/> - Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.<br/><br/> - Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.<br/><br/> - Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.<br/><br/> - Build and manage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and clients.<br/><br/> - Perform risk management to minimize project risks.<br/><br/> - Establish and maintain relationships with any third parties/vendors.<br/><br/> - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.<br/><br/> - Must be self-sufficient and able to work on their own for extended periods with minimal management direction.<br/><br/> - Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.<br/><br/></p><p><b>Who are you?</b><br/><br/> - 5+ years of end-to-end project management experience.<br/><br/> - 2+ years of BPO client onboarding experience.<br/><br/> - PMP certification or Project Management related degree.<br/><br/> - An understanding of BPO AI solutions is a plus.<br/><br/> - Familiarity with Project Management software.<br/><br/> - Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with individuals on the executive level, our clients, and prospective clients.<br/><br/> - Proven ability to lead key projects and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met.<br/><br/> - Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.<br/><br/> - In-depth knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of trust and confidence.<br/><br/> - Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the big picture view.<br/><br/> - Very effective interpersonal and influential skills as well as impeccable organizational skills.<br/><br/></p><p><b>Who We Are?</b><br/><br/> UnifyCX is an emerging Global Business Process Outsourcing company with a strong presence in the U., Colombia, Dominican Republic, India, Jamaica, Honduras, and the Philippines.<br/><br/> We provide personalized contact centers, business processing, and technology outsourcing solutions to clients worldwide.<br/><br/> In nearly two decades, UnifyCX has grown from a small team to a global organization with staff members all over the world dedicated to supporting our international clientele.<br/><br/> At UnifyCX, we leverage advanced AI technologies to elevate the customer experience (CX) and drive operational efficiency for our clients.<br/><br/> Our commitment to innovation positions us as a trusted partner, enabling businesses across industries to meet the evolving demands of a global market with agility and precision.<br/><br/> UnifyCX is a certified minority-owned business and an EOE employer that welcomes diversity.<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
