<p><p><b>Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Develop creative solutions and write technical designs based on the requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work closely with peer teams to ensure that applications are written to allow for overall system performance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Assist in tuning and optimization.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and execute unit tests for product components.<br/><br/></p><p>- Promote high quality, scalability, and timely completion of projects.<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform peer code reviews and provide feedback.<br/><br/></p><p>- Apply the Agile approach to coordinate the development and determine project scope and limitations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Debug and resolve issues reported in production deployments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work with the product management team to discuss application features and develop solutions as per the requirements provided.<br/><br/></p><p>- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop well-designed, efficient, secure, and testable code.<br/><br/></p><p>- Support continuous :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Bachelors degree in engineering, CS, or equivalent experience.<br/><br/></p><p>- 10+ years of professional software development experience in Python and Strong Experience in Frameworks like Apache Airflow, Prefect, PyTorch, TensorFlow and LangChain.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and asynchronous programming (asyncio, Celery) and gRPC and Websockets.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with databases (SQL PostgreSQL/MySQL, NoSQL MongoDB/Redis).<br/><br/></p><p>- Very good understanding of Data Structures, algorithms, and their applications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong Experience in Docker / Kubernetes / Garden.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design, develop, and maintain CTI applications and integrations for enterprise contact center environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in building scalable Middleware applications, Web Applications, and Web Services.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement integrations between telephony systems (Cisco, Avaya, Genesys, Amazon Connect, Twilio, Five9, NICE InContact, etc.) and CRMs (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.<br/><br/></p><p>- Customize IVR flows, agent desktops, and softphone integrations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work with SIP, WebRTC, and VoIP protocols to ensure seamless voice and omnichannel integration.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Qualifications :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Experience in Contact Centers Software, Telephony, Communication protocols such as SIP.<br/><br/></p><p>- Working experience in a Linux environment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in Redis/Kafka distributed messaging.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in profiling preference : </b>India Chennai.</p></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
