in Terraform and Ansible to join our dynamic team.<br/><br/>The Infrastructure Automation Engineer is charged with the design and development of scripts and code needed to automate and integrate IT systems and related infrastructure.<br/><br/>This role would act as the subject matter expert for configuration management, automation and orchestration tools used at UnitedLex.<br/><br/><b>REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES :</b><br/><br/>- 8+ years (DevOps and Automation) working in an enterprise systems or software development environments.<br/><br/>- Bachelors degree in information systems or equivalent experience and certifications.<br/><br/>- Advanced level experience with scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell.<br/><br/>- Advanced level experience with RESTful API consumption and working with XML/JSON data.<br/><br/>- Advanced level experience with configuration management solutions (Ansible).<br/><br/>- Advanced level experience with log analytics solutions such as Splunk or Azure Log Analytics.<br/><br/>- Experience with using source control software such as Git.<br/><br/>- Strong experience with Terraform for managing infrastructure as code.<br/><br/>- Strong experience in deploying, automation/configuration management using Chef,.<br/><br/>- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure CI.Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.<br/><br/>- Experience with using cloud platform services in Azure.<br/><br/>- Experience with working on Zabbix and Grafana is a plus.<br/><br/>- Experience using network and cloud monitoring software, SNMP protocol, SNMP MIBs.<br/><br/>- Experience with developing dashboards and connecting visualization tools to databases.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge and experience with Linux and Windows OS and common services.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge and experience with container services such as Docker and Kubernetes.<br/><br/>- Experience working/integrated with VMware virtualization technologies.(Onprem).<br/><br/>- Experience working with Microsoft Office365 cloud services is an added plus.<br/><br/>- Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms is an added plus.<br/><br/>- Strong consultative and problem-solving skills at a cross-functional level.<br/><br/>- Quick learner, self-starter, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.<br/><br/>- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br/><br/>- ITILv3/4 Foundations certification is a plus.<br/><br/><b>RESPONSIBILITIES :</b><br/><br/>- Develop and manage infrastructure using Terraform, ensuring that our environment is scalable, reliable, and secure.<br/><br/>- Utilize Ansible for configuration management and automation of deployment processes across various environments.<br/><br/>- Improve team processes and workflows by building in automation to our systems, infrastructure, and tools to maximize efficiency and productivity of the teams.<br/><br/>- Act as subject matter expert for all the UnitedLexs configuration management, automation and orchestration tools and provide backup support for monitoring and logging platforms.<br/><br/>- Work with other IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, IT Service Delivery, IT Security, and Applications teams as needed on automation, integration, and monitoring projects.<br/><br/>- Provide regular status updates on project tasks and other non-project task assignments.<br/><br/>- Strategize and identify automation opportunities.<br/><br/>- Enhance existing enterprise monitoring systems through added integration and automation.<br/><br/>- Develop interactive and visual dashboards pulling data from existing monitoring tools.<br/><br/>- Participate in DevOps initiatives with software development teams promoting IaC.<br/><br/>- Act as a team lead for other less experienced automation engineers.<br/><br/>- Create standards for the team to follow best practices in using automation tool framework.<br/><br/>- Create and maintain complete and accurate documentation and code repositories.<br/><br/>- Train other team members on using the automation and monitoring tools as needed.<br/><br/>- Maintain a professional attitude and provide excellent customer service at all times.<br/><br/>- Work with multi-cultural teams across different time zones.<br/><br/>- ISO 27001 :2022 is the standard that we follow in this organization , Based on this ISO document we have implemented 92 controls in UnitedLex across multiple offices and also with
