Job description

Job Title: Asset Coordinator
Experience: 2–4 Years
Preferred Joining: Within 0–15 Days
Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Asset Coordinator to efficiently manage and track IT assets throughout their lifecycle.

The ideal candidate should have excellent coordination, documentation, and vendor management skills, along with hands-on experience in procurement, asset tracking, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update daily attendance, call logs, and communication records (phone/email).
- Manage the complete IT Asset Lifecycle following the IMACD process (Installation, Movement, Addition, Change, Disposal).
- Tag new assets, update inventory records in Excel and asset management tools, and ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain scrap lists, coordinate with vendors and finance teams for invoice processing and asset disposal.
- Handle procurement requests (CER/PR) — raise and track CERs in the Capex Portal and follow up for approvals.
- Coordinate with vendors for purchase orders, delivery, and installation of assets.
- Prepare monthly asset and installation status reports for submission to the Finance department.
- Conduct periodic physical verification of IT assets to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Process and submit IT invoices on time, maintaining updated records in the Cimmra Portal.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for breakdown calls, quotations, and new asset requirements.
- Manage gate pass creation (RGP/NRGP) for material movement and ensure timely closure.
- Handle asset issuance, collection, and tracking, maintaining proper documentation and issue slips.
- Maintain organized records including SOPs, invoices, service reports, and audit documentation.
- Prepare and manage engineer duty schedules, including shift planning and daily allocations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in IT Asset Coordination or Management.
- Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management, inventory control, and documentation.
- Hands-on experience with Capex, Cimmra, and other enterprise asset management portals.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively across teams.
