🚀 We're Hiring: US Bench Sales Recruiter | Full-Time


Role Description

This is a full-time role focused on managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, with additional emphasis on consultant marketing, vendor coordination.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruiting cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top IT talent
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and sales teams to understand current and future staffing needs
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote bench consultants across job boards and networks
  • Engage with third-party vendors and clients to maximize placement opportunities
  • Conduct technical screenings, behavioral interviews, and mock call sessions to prep candidates
  • Maintain consistent candidate engagement to ensure strong pipeline and retention
  • Assist with resume editing, formatting, and profile optimization for market readiness
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics and market trends


Preferred Skills:

  • Strong experience in bench marketing and vendor management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to guide and mentor candidates through the hiring process
  • Bonus: Hands-on experience with resume editing, LinkedIn branding, and mock interviews


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-life Cycle Recruiting and IT Recruitment skills
  • 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting and Hiring
  • Strong Recruiting skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  • Familiarity with IT software technologies is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or related field
