<p></p><p>Job Description :</p><p><br/></p><p>Responsibilities :</p><p><br/></p><p>- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of data engineering initiatives across cloud and on-premise environments.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Partner with Data Engineers, Architects, DevOps, and Business Analysts to translate high-level requirements into clear technical deliverables.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Act as a technical liaison- facilitating conversations between business stakeholders and engineering teams.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Oversee architecture reviews, technical documentation, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Ensure adherence to data security, compliance, and privacy standards, especially in regulated domains like pharma.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; develop mitigation plans.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Track KPIs and success metrics to ensure project outcomes align with business objectives.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with QA, DataOps, and cloud teams to maintain quality and delivery SLAs.</p><p><br/></p><p>Requirements :</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare domain is highly preferred.</p><p><br/></p><p>- 7- 8 years of total experience with good experience in a technical lead/project management or engineering leadership role.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of data engineering workflows, including ETL/ELT, data lakes, warehousing, and real time streaming.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of cloud platforms (especially AWS) and services such as S3 Glue, Lambda, or similar tools like GenAI.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with modern data stack tools like Airflow, DBT, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Excellent stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and cross-team coordination skills.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.</p><p></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
