<p><p><b>Job Summary :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>We are seeking a highly skilled UAT Analyst with strong expertise in software testing, Oracle HCM Cloud validations, and business process assurance.
The role involves planning, designing, and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) for Oracle HCM Cloud modules, ensuring high-quality delivery before production deployment.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, automated testing tools, and regulatory compliance processes (e.g., SOX).</p><p><b><br/></b></p><p><p><b>Key Responsibilities : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Plan, design, and execute end-to-end UAT and SIT testing cycles for Oracle HCM Cloud </p><p>implementations, upgrades, and customizations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Validate Oracle HCM Cloud configurations, customizations, and FRICE components (Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing across HCM modules to ensure seamless system behavior.<br/><br/></p><p>- Analyze and articulate the impact of Redwood UI/functional changes on existing configurations, extensions, and personalizations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to capture business requirements and translate them into test cases.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and maintain test cases, test scripts, and traceability matrices aligned with business process flows.<br/><br/></p><p>- Execute transactional UAT scenarios, validate business workflows, and identify gaps or defects before go-live.<br/><br/></p><p>- Log, track, and manage defects using test management tools (JIRA, HP ALM, Zephyr, or similar).<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit standards, including SOX testing requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide detailed testing documentation, sign-off reports, and go/no-go recommendations for </p><p>production releases.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams to support sprint-level testing, regression testing, and continuous feedback loops.<br/><br/></p><p>- Mentor junior testers and ensure adherence to best practices in QA and UAT Qualifications & Skills : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong experience (4+ years) in software testing, quality assurance, or UAT roles.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on UAT/SIT testing experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Absence, </p><p>Payroll, Benefits, etc.).<br/><br/></p><p>- In-depth knowledge of business process flows within Oracle HCM and ability to describe/test an end-to-end business process.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with automated testing frameworks/tools and test management platforms (e.g., </p><p>JIRA, HP ALM, Zephyr).<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with regulatory changes and SOX compliance requirements in enterprise systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate testing impacts, risks, and </p><p>business outcomes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with iterative testing Skills (Nice to Have) :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Prior experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations or upgrades.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Redwood UI migration impacts on Oracle HCM processes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Basic knowledge of SQL queries for data validation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to CI/CD testing automation pipelines.<br/><br/></p><p>- ISTQB or similar testing certification.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
