Role Description:

This is a part-time, remote User Experience Designer role.

The UX Designer will be responsible for creating seamless and engaging user experiences through design thinking, user research, visual design, UX, and prototyping.

Qualifications:

  • User Research & Design Thinking – Ability to conduct research, gather insights, and translate findings into meaningful design solutions.
  • Visual Design & Prototyping – Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, color theory, and UI design.
  • User Experience (UX) Design – Experience in creating intuitive user flows and designing for different platforms.
  • Illustration & Graphic Storytelling – Ability to create custom illustrations, icons, and infographics to enhance UI/UX and communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills – Ability to approach challenges with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent Communication & Collaboration – Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to bring ideas to life.
  • Proficiency in Design Tools – Experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), or similar tools.
  • Bonus – Experience in motion design, animation, or interactive design is a plus.
  • Education – Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Fine Arts, or a related field.
