<p><p><b>Role : Salesforce Business Analyst</b><br/><br/>Location : Remote<br/><br/>Exp : 8 to 10 years<br/><br/><b>Job Description :</b><br/><br/>- Lead requirements gathering sessions and workshops with business stakeholders from various departments.<br/><br/>- Analyze and document business processes, identifying areas for improvement and defining new system requirements.<br/><br/>- Translate business needs into clear and comprehensive functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.<br/><br/>- Serve as the primary liaison between the business and the development/QA teams, ensuring clear communication and a shared understanding of project goals.<br/><br/>- Support the Agile development process by assisting with backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) coordination.
Validate system functionality against business requirements and create test scenarios for UAT.<br/><br/>- Demonstrate and present solutions to business stakeholders, gathering feedback and ensuring alignment.<br/><br/>- Create and maintain project documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and training materials.<br/><br/>- Utilize Salesforce and financial domain knowledge to recommend optimal solutions, leveraging out-of-the-box features and configurations whenever possible.<br/><br/><b>Mandatory Skill Set :</b><br/><br/>- Mandatory experience in the banking, financial services, and/or mortgage domains.<br/><br/>- Proven experience working with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Financial Services Cloud).<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of core Salesforce objects, security models, and declarative automation tools (Flows, Process Builder).<br/><br/><b>Required Experinece :</b><br/><br/>- 8 to 10 years of overall experience in business analysis, with at least 4 years as a Salesforce Business Analyst.<br/><br/>- Mandatory experience in the banking, financial services, and/or mortgage domains.<br/><br/>- Proven experience working with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Financial Services Cloud).<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of core Salesforce objects, security models, and declarative automation tools (Flows, Process Builder).<br/><br/>- Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
