<p><p><b>Role Overview :</b><br/><br/></p><p>As a Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner at Value Health, you will play a critical role in defining, refining, and driving healthcare-focused digital transformation initiatives.<br/><br/>You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate clinical and operational needs into scalable Salesforce Health Cloud and AI-enabled solutions.<br/><br/>This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare workflows, interoperability standards, and the ability to balance business strategy with technical Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Work closely with healthcare providers, payers, and operations teams to identify business requirements and map them to Salesforce Health Cloud features.<br/><br/></p><p>- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring features and enhancements are aligned to business value and regulatory compliance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, and workflows that enable seamless communication between business and technical teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder interviews to validate use cases and define success criteria.<br/><br/></p><p>- Translate healthcare workflows (patient onboarding, care coordination, case management, claims processing) into functional requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with Solution Architects to ensure requirements are technically feasible and align with enterprise architecture.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive prioritization of features by balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategy.<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform gap analysis and propose enhancements to existing systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure adherence to interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7) and healthcare compliance regulations (HIPAA, GDPR where applicable).<br/><br/></p><p>- Act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce Health Cloud functionality and its integration with AI/ML solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Continuously evaluate new Salesforce releases and GenAI capabilities to identify opportunities for value creation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Mentor junior business analysts and ensure best practices in requirement documentation and Agile :</b></p><p><br/></p>- 7 to 10 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner, with at least 3 to 4 years in healthcare technology projects.<br/><br/></p><p>- Deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud (care management, provider relationship, patient engagement modules).<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of healthcare domain processes (EHR/EMR, claims, patient engagement, provider networks).<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) with tools such as Jira or Rally.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience writing user stories, epics, and backlog management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of healthcare data interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7).<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of engaging with clinical and non-clinical audiences.<br/><br/></p><p>- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare IT, or related Skills & Certifications :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Product Owner/Product Manager, or Health Cloud Consultant certification.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to AI/ML healthcare use cases (predictive analytics, patient engagement, NLP).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in integration platforms like Dell Boomi or AWS for healthcare data exchange</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
