<p><p><b>Position : </b> Voice AI Integration Architect CCaaS & Telephony Architect<br/><br/><b>Location : </b> On-site(Coimbatore)<br/><br/><b>Open Positions : </b> 01<br/><br/><b>About the Role : </b><br/><br/>Value Health Inc.

is seeking a seasoned Voice AI & Call Center Integration Architect to assist our team in implementing and stabilizing voice AI solutions integrated with call center platforms such as NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud, and Amazon Connect.

This is a critical hands-on role to mentor, architect, and troubleshoot our integration stack across SIP trunking, PBX systems, voice pipelines, and LLM-powered voice bots.

Youll work closely with our product and engineering teams to enable seamless real-time conversational AI over enterprise-grade telephony systems.<br/><br/><b>Role Summary : </b><br/><br/>We're looking for an expert who understands how to connect the dots between : <br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Voice AI agents (LLM-based)<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Call Center Providers (Five9, NICE CXone, AWS Connect)<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Telephony infrastructure (SIP, SBCs, PBX, WebRTC, RTP media flows)<br/><br/>Your mission : Help us overcome technical roadblocks and implement a production-grade voice assistant platform across healthcare and life sciences clients.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Review and refine our existing voice pipeline built using AWS Connect, Chime SDK, Asterisk, STT, LLM, TTS (or Nova Sonic)<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Architect and troubleshoot SIP trunk and PBX-based integration patterns with platforms like NICE CXone<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Guide implementation of low-latency, scalable audio streaming pipelines<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Collaborate on WebSocket or SIP-based audio handling between voice agent and telephony platform<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Advise on best practices, security, fallback logic, and resilient audio architecture<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Provide mentorship and working sessions to our engineering team on voice bot orchestration<br/><br/><b>Required Skills : </b><br/><br/>- Deep understanding of SIP trunking, VoIP protocols, and Session Border Controllers (SBCs)<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Hands-on experience integrating CCaaS platforms such as NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud CX, or Amazon Connect<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Familiarity with Asterisk, Chime SDK, FreeSWITCH, or other media servers<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Knowledge of speech pipelines involving STT ?

LLM ?

TTS, and experience with Amazon Polly, Transcribe, or Nova Sonic<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Ability to troubleshoot issues like audio jitter, latency, and session drop<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Experience integrating AI agents with Salesforce or other backend systems is a plus<br/><br/><b>Notes : </b><br/><br/>- This is a priority requirement; immediate availability is preferred<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Ideal for professionals who can mentor and collaborate closely with our in-house GenAI product teams<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- You will be contributing to some of the most advanced conversational AI solutions in patient support and healthcare automation<br/><br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
