You'll have the opportunity to work with some of the best minds serving insurance customers in the US, UK and Canadian markets.<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Design, develop, and configure Guidewire applications such as PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using SOAP/REST APIs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Write and debug code using Java, GOSU, and SQL.<br/><br/></p><p>- Leverage GitHub Copilot and Generative AI tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and enhance productivity.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure solution quality.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide support for QA and production environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Analyze and resolve complex software issues by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements where applicable.<br/><br/></p><p>- Identify and implement process improvements and best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and management throughout the development lifecycle.<br/><br/><p><b>Requirements : </b></p><p><br/></p>- 3 - 10 years of hands-on implementation experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite.</p><p><br/>- Proficiency in Gosu, Java, XML, and XSLT.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Guidewire Studio, Rules, Workflows, and Data Model.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI pair programming tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of Generative AI concepts and their application in software development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with SmartCOMM, GhostDraft, or similar document generation platforms.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance, including both commercial and personal lines.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Agile tools like Jira and version control systems like SVN.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong conceptual, analytical, and mathematical skills.<br/><br/><b>Good To Have : </b><br/><br/></p><p>Candidates with these additional skills on their resumes have an added advantage when their profiles are being assessed.
