Together, were shaping the future of automotive and industrial solutions.</p><br/><p><b>How Youll Make An Impact :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>The Web Manager will manage major global web properties for all of Valvoline Globals worldwide regions, reporting directly to the Global web lead.

The Web Managers primary focus is to design, develop, and manage the main company website, Include :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>Design : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Utilize brand and campaign guidelines to execute UX wireframes and designs primarily for valvolineglobal.com and other company websites.

</p><p><br/></p><p>- Able to envision multiple variations, versions, or options of a given concept into a wide range of visual interpretations.

Design user flows to map out the optimal navigation and interactions for web properties.

</p><p><br/></p><p>- Create wireframes as a foundational visual representation of the user interface.

Develop high-fidelity prototypes to refine and visualize the user experience.<br/><br/></p><p>Develop : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Envision UX wireframes and designs with CMS options and/or limitations in mind.

</p><p><br/></p><p>- Work with backend development agency to request new and enhanced components for an improved UX design and content editing experience.

</p><p><br/></p><p>- Light front-end development using HTML, CSS, Javascript libraries to execute designs that will lead to new CMS components.<br/><br/></p><p>Manage : </p><p><br/></p><p>- In collaboration with web team members, have intimate knowledge of global and regional site structure and content while guiding and influencing regional web content managers toward premier user experience and global consistency of content execution.

</p><p><br/></p><p>- Progressively improve management of CMS approval workflows.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate regularly with team UX designer and content management system administrator to execute content for the website.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work directly with our regional digital marketing specialist to fulfill their content support requests.<br/><br/></p><p>- Report directly to the Global Web Manager, based in the US.

Other team members are also based in India.<br/><br/></p><p>- Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>What Youll Need :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.<br/><br/></p><p>- 3+ years in building website pages in a content management system, including using template designs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with building and managing pages and content in a website.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with hands-on page creation in a content management system (CMS), such as Optimizely/EPiServer, WordPress, Contentful, Adobe Experience Manager.<br/><br/></p><p>- Working knowledge of using design templates to build website pages in a CMS.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, and Figma.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge and experience with fundamentals of SEO.<br/><br/></p><p>- Use of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio, used to measure engagement with website content.<br/><br/></p><p>- An eye for detail, including quality assurance of our website content.<br/><br/></p><p>- Lite Coding Skills : HTML and CSS.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent skills in Microsoft office applications for work functions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Task management tools such as Jira and Adobe Workfront.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>What Will Set You Apart :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, including high-impact communication skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Attention to detail, ability to influence stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p>- Process-oriented.<br/><br/></p><p>- Self-starter; ability to work autonomously.<br/><br/></p><p>- Global Team Experience.</p><br/><p>Valvoline Global is an equal opportunity employer.
